She doesn't know anything about ANYTHING! I paid $80 to get my hair done by her and let the salon looking amazing. I went home and took a shower and my hair was the same color it was before I even went to the salon in the 1st place! The reason being, she put an extractor in my hair to remove the color and didn't put anything over the extractor, no hair bath or color over. So when I took a shower the colors came right back! I was pissed off because I got in contact with her on next business day and she said she was going to call me within 24 hours to get it fixed. After 72 hours of not hearing from her, I decided to call the salon back. I did and she wasn't working, later that day she returned my call and acted like she never told me that she was going to return my call. When she asked me what I wanted to do, I replied that I just wanted it "fixed" she then attempted to cover the phone and was laughing at me with another employee over the phone! If that wasn't bad enough, she made me reschedule my appointment 3 times. The following day when I was scheduled for my appointment she called me 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and told me to come in the salon right then and there. So, I dropped what I was doing and went to the salon to get my hair "Fixed" FINALLY! When I got there she acted completely clueless! Accused me of re-dying my hair on my own and refused to do it! If that was the case, why did she even call me back to the salon for a "Hair Fix" in the 1st place! I told her if she couldn't fix it I wanted my money back, she walked to her station and got my money and gave it to me! WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HAIR STYLIST! I FEEL BAD for Avenue Salon, because they are going to continue to lose clients as long as she works there! She mentioned to me that she was in between working at 2 salons, I WONDER WHY!!!!! She probably got fired from the other hair salon! She is a horrible hairstylist and I think she should rethink her job in the field of cosmetology! She sucks!!!! AGAIN HER NAME IS CHRISTINE PIATT! NEVER GO THERE, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SHE WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR!
