I've been coming to this salon for pedicures only and I must say they do a fantastic job on my poor brittle toenails. They always look so nice and stay that way for weeks. I get the gel polish which really is worth the extra $10 as it lasts way longer than regular polish and the only reason you would need to change it is because of nail growth or you just want a different color. The people who work here are very accommodating and usually can take walk ins. During weekends I would suggest making an appointment as they get super busy. read more

While getting our pedi's we watched the people leave in the chairs next to us, the staff drained the water and did not clean or sanitize the tubs before seating the next clients. Service was great. Cheep for a full set of acrylics. Good quality. The lady that did my nails was very nice and gentle. When you first walk in they make you wash your hands and they have dividers between the nail technicians and the next clients. It's very peaceful and quiet. Not very busy which was nice. Then after the lady did my nails and I left I looked more at them and realized half of them are different shapes she did not file the sides of the nails they are also different sizes my pinkies have a huge difference in size. Also it is now 6-2-24 and my nails are already chipping even though I got gel nails. We came on a Saturday and were able to sit down right away. Clean establishment with the cutest pedicure chairs for little girls! My nail tech, Tom, was very sweet, talkative, and really cared about the job he was doing. My daughter's tech, young woman, didn't say a word to her. Overall the price was right and we received what we came in for. For those of you from Cali. state law in OR requires you to bring your own nail file, or you have to buy one of theirs for $2.00. read more

They squeezed me in which I extremely appreciated, they called and asked if I could come in earlier than discussed so I did. I went in for a fill, the lady (didn't get her name) cut off 4 of my entire nails and then didn't replace them just put the acrylic powder over my natural nail. She rushed through painting them and didn't take her time at all. Now I have splatters of white underneath the top coat. She also was extremely rough with the electric files. I've gotten a pedicure done here and was so happy with the results. This is the first and last time I'll come here for acrylics. read more

My family members exclusively get their nails done here (due to diabetes). I'm always happy to see Anna, her husband and their oldest son pops in occasionally. The service is hard to beat, especially with the price, and should you need extra attention to detail or design...They're on it! We've brought in a variety of the men in our family, and they too feel pampered without being feminized. I called asking how busy they were 15 minutes before i showed up and told the lady i needed a full set, and she just asked what my name was and then restated that i would be there within 15 minutes. When i got there they were not that busy but i had to wait 30 minutes. The lady who did my nails was nice but then hardly payed attention throughout doing my nails. She talked crap about another customer, which was very irritating, and when i told her one of my nails was crooked she just reassured me that it wasn't. My right thumb nail is extremely short compared to the rest and it honestly looks so bad, she cut it shorter than the rest and when i told her that it was to short she made no attempt to fix it. Possibly the worst nail experience I've had in my 30 years getting my nails done. I was over charged by $15 off the menu price when I questioned it I was told an acrylic fill only fills the back portion of the nail not the entire nail that's why I was charged more. That she had to clip two nails and that is a charge. She only put one coat of polish on so they were streaked and I brought this to her attention and she said the top coat would fix it which clearly it didn't. She was rushing because they close at 7, I arrived at 6. She was done with the entire full and gel polish by 6:40 which isn't always bad, but with polish on my fingers and not done correctly it was in this case. If you don't want to stay open till 7 change your hours. They also charged my mom $7 over her pedicure price she just didn't realize it when she paid. BEWARE if you go to this terrible establishment! read more
