I scheduled an appointment, by accident, for 4 of us. As we entered the establishment it was clear the place was filthy but we decided to stick it out. While getting our pedi's we watched the people leave in the chairs next to us, the staff drained the water and did not clean or sanitize the tubs before seating the next clients. We will never return to this place again!

Service was great. Cheep for a full set of acrylics. Good quality. The lady that did my nails was very nice and gentle. When you first walk in they make you wash your hands and they have dividers between the nail technicians and the next clients. It's very peaceful and quiet. Not very busy which was nice. I've been coming to this salon for pedicures only and I must say they do a fantastic job on my poor brittle toenails. They always look so nice and stay that way for weeks. I get the gel polish which really is worth the extra $10 as it lasts way longer than regular polish and the only reason you would need to change it is because of nail growth or you just want a different color. The people who work here are very accommodating and usually can take walk ins. During weekends I would suggest making an appointment as they get super busy. read more

Second worst pedicure I've ever had. I basically paid for my toenails to be painted. No exfoliation, no cuticle treatment, no lotion even. It was like he was pantomiming as massage,barely any pressure. Will not be returning. read more

Worst pedicure of my life. First not offered the different types of pedicure. Didn't file/cut toenails evenly. Ingrown toenails still intact. Had to walk barefoot across the (dirty) floors because flip flops were $3!! Only giving this place two stars because my manicurist was nice and we struck good conversation. read more

Total sketchy place. They tried to give me a pedicure with COLD water and didn't even ever come to my daughter so we left abut 15 minutes in. Place is dirty. The polishes looked like they were purchased as a garage sale...this should have been the first red flag. read more

I had an appointment scheduled 6-1-24 I got there on time and they did not even get me started until an hour and a half later. Then after the lady did my nails and I left I looked more at them and realized half of them are different shapes she did not file the sides of the nails they are also different sizes my pinkies have a huge difference in size. Also it is now 6-2-24 and my nails are already chipping even though I got gel nails. Overall I was not satisfied with this experience at all and will not be coming back they were all rushing and you don't get what you paid for in the end. read more

Charged me $160 for a full set and two pedicures (one for my daughter) after she saw I had a $40 gift card. Place was filthy and the lady who did my nails was rude and unprofessional. She also cut me multiple times with her drill. One star because the lady who did my nail art was a little friendly. read more

Not terrible but they never offered gel when I asked for a full set so she put regular color on acrylic nails and she rushed through it so even after 15 minutes at the drying table, they still were not fully dry. Second, she asked that I pay her BEFORE she put the color on so I didn't mess them up. Maybe she didn't want to wait for them to dry? Either way, a little unprofessional. Third, she didn't paint the tips of the nail which I didn't notice till I left(pictured below) read more

I'm sure they have their regulars come but this will be the first and last time I do. I took my 2 nieces who were on break from SOU (they've never done their nails so i wanted them to experience the whole.."feelin' girly" experience. NOT.) One of my nieces said she wanted nude as her color but her nail tech said "Pink look betta" it's her first time so she didn't say anything back....ugggh.. she wanted short nails cuz she's in ROTC but the nail tech said, "Long look betta too" For reals? I asked for color tips but when my nail tech started he said "We don't have" maaaannn.. .. then I asked if he can clean my cuticles...he said "No time- cost extra" I felt like I was on a tv show...anyways, my nails are alright. I got french tips since they don't do anything I like. If I'm gonna pay for something, it should be worth my dime. read more

We came on a Saturday and were able to sit down right away. Clean establishment with the cutest pedicure chairs for little girls! My nail tech, Tom, was very sweet, talkative, and really cared about the job he was doing. My daughter's tech, young woman, didn't say a word to her. Overall the price was right and we received what we came in for. For those of you from Cali. state law in OR requires you to bring your own nail file, or you have to buy one of theirs for $2.00. read more

The guy who was doing my pedicure left me while my feet were soaking in the callus remover . 18 minutes passed and I finally asked them how much longer; a girl then finished up my toes . They squeezed me in which I extremely appreciated, they called and asked if I could come in earlier than discussed so I did. I went in for a fill, the lady (didn't get her name) cut off 4 of my entire nails and then didn't replace them just put the acrylic powder over my natural nail. She rushed through painting them and didn't take her time at all. Now I have splatters of white underneath the top coat. She also was extremely rough with the electric files. I've gotten a pedicure done here and was so happy with the results. This is the first and last time I'll come here for acrylics. read more

Great little place for walk in nails! Hanh and her hubby Nam both worked on my nails to get me in and out for a quick gel manicure. I wish I would have taken a before photo, but I did not. My gel manicure was three weeks old and I had painted several rooms of my home this past weekend. Suffice it to say, my nails were trashed!! Nam and Hahn were courteous, professional and fast! Honestly i really want to give this place more stars but im just very unhappy. I called asking how busy they were 15 minutes before i showed up and told the lady i needed a full set, and she just asked what my name was and then restated that i would be there within 15 minutes. When i got there they were not that busy but i had to wait 30 minutes. The lady who did my nails was nice but then hardly payed attention throughout doing my nails. She talked crap about another customer, which was very irritating, and when i told her one of my nails was crooked she just reassured me that it wasn't. My right thumb nail is extremely short compared to the rest and it honestly looks so bad, she cut it shorter than the rest and when i told her that it was to short she made no attempt to fix it. Please don't go here if you are looking for a decent manicure. read more

If you're looking for a persona and, cute family run and owned (Vietnamese franchise type) salon, this is where you'll find it! My family members exclusively get their nails done here (due to diabetes). I'm always happy to see Anna, her husband and their oldest son pops in occasionally. The service is hard to beat, especially with the price, and should you need extra attention to detail or design...They're on it! We've brought in a variety of the men in our family, and they too feel pampered without being feminized. Possibly the worst nail experience I've had in my 30 years getting my nails done. I was over charged by $15 off the menu price when I questioned it I was told an acrylic fill only fills the back portion of the nail not the entire nail that's why I was charged more. That she had to clip two nails and that is a charge. She only put one coat of polish on so they were streaked and I brought this to her attention and she said the top coat would fix it which clearly it didn't. She was rushing because they close at 7, I arrived at 6. She was done with the entire full and gel polish by 6:40 which isn't always bad, but with polish on my fingers and not done correctly it was in this case. If you don't want to stay open till 7 change your hours. They also charged my mom $7 over her pedicure price she just didn't realize it when she paid. BEWARE if you go to this terrible establishment! read more

I am here from out of town and Star Nails & Spa fit me right in! I didn't wait a minute in the lobby and it was super busy when I got there. I got a fill on my french tips and a color change on my toes (regular OPI polish to Shellac). BE was great, she quoted me all the prices for services I was receiving up front. My fill was so fast, flawless acrylic (no bumps and no air bubbles), she also cut them down a bit and cleaned the acrylic that the last salon left on underneath of my nail without me even having to ask. She reshaped my nails to even out the length that the last salon had them. As for my color change she filed, buffed, and cut the cuticles. Again fast and flawless! I couldn't have been happier with my nails through and through. Thank you! read more

I've been coming to star nails for about 3-4 years now and Hannah and Jeny treat me like a queen! The whole staff is friendly and I usually can sneak in a gentle nap on the super relaxing massage chairs. Sturdy nails that last a long time, consistent, friendly staff- can't go wrong! read more

They turned out SO great!! She was nice, and the salon she was in was close to me and it was nice inside. They were exactly what I wanted, shape and color and all. What I'm most happy about is that they haven't lifted at all. I'm in beauty school myself and I'm always using my hands, in and out of water constantly, and they show no signs of wanting to pop off which has always been my issue with acrylic. I've had one come off (my own fault. Playing rough with the dog...) Going to see her again! Definitely found my new nail person while I'm living down here!

She also gave me a much needed cut and her lines are perfect. She doesn't quite know my hair yet but a couple days later and I can clearly see she's perfected her technique. I'm thrilled to have a new hair stylist and her cute salon is so relaxing. Definitely recommend Boho Bella!

I was happy when I noticed a light and a sign saying open Sunday by appointment only. I thought maybe just maybe they would let me in. I called while sitting in my car and fortunately they graciously did my pedicure. Hannah was pleasant and did a very good job.I have been there several times and find the service, quality and price to be reasonable. I highly recommend Hannah and the Gel Builder nails! I have had gel manicures in the past at lots of different spas. They usually last about ten days to two weeks and then I have to get them done again. Hannah does a great job, and the Gel Builder nails have lasted a month without chipping each time I get them! I am super hard on my hands, so I find that amazing! I get the French manicure, so you don't notice any grow out. I just went to a special event with month old nails that looked fantastic! read more

Super friendly environment!! Immediately as soon as I walked in they asked me what I wanted and sat me down. It was a little surprising but I appreciated how quick they were. I didn't catch my nail techs name, but she was amazing!! I've only gotten my nails done twice, now being the third, and she took her time and these are the best set I've ever had! She made sure they were even and perfect!! Totally appreciated her and this salon!!! I'm definitely coming back once I need a new set. Thanks again! read more

Okay, people, listen up! I just had to share my amazing experience at star nails. I got a French manicure, and it's seriously the best I've ever had. The technician was super detail-oriented and made sure every nail was perfect. Plus, the salon itself is so clean and relaxing. Hannah was incredible, she was managing all the phones and appointments with ease, my nails were done in barely over an hour and they look so so so good, I have a nail that broke about halfway up and she without even a second thought repaired it for me and executed my idea flawlessly!! This place was great. We came in with 7 people the day after Christmas and we all got pedicures. I have never had perafin wax put on my feet. They massaged my feet so much and my feet feel really soft. I got my nails sparkly for new years. Whenever I come back you Ashland for a visit, I will come here for a pedicure. read more

Hannah always takes great care of my acrylic nails! If I damage one, anyone in the shop is happy to take care of it as a walk-in customer. They have a excellent selection of gel polishes and I received many compliments on my cat eye nails. I highly recommend Star Nails for excellent quality and customer service. read more

My mom is on vacation and wanted to treat me to the deluxe mani/pedi. God knows how long its been since I had a pedicure. If was amazing. The service was friendly. Not to mention I called that day. They looked a lil busy, but was still able to fit us in. I will defiantly be coming back. read more
