I went there to try and look at what…read moreI can do in order to lower my bill and was presented with the only option of adding a "phantom mobile line" in order to lock in some promotional rates (keep in mind I only have TV and Internet with spectrum). Which I would then have to come back and cancel that line in 4 months in order to avoid any additional fees on the line itself. Seems like a very shady business practice for people that have been loyal to spectrum for years to jump through hoops. The representative whose name starts with a "D" and has already seen mentioned on multiple reviews was not empathetic at all and basically told me "if saving $600 a year wasn't important then she couldn't help me". After that she proceeded to tell me I can try to call customer service to see if they could offer anything. Aren't the people who work at this establishment supposed to help their customer, why even bother coming in if you're just going to try and sell me on something I don't need and not address what I'm asking? Overall left a really bad taste in my mouth and definitely looking at my options outside of spectrum specifically because of the horrible interaction with this staff member.

Calldetective.net identifies it as "Pacific Bell." However, it came from a private landline, that worse, you cannot call back. You will get a robo voice telling you it's not a valid number. Yes, the same one that just spam called you seconds before, and is supposedly a landline, is not a valid number. " ". My ID box said: Mart Metzler, so I take it, Pacific Bell must be paying these random Joes to make abusive calls on their behalf, on a number of abusive calls basis. In this day of the do not call registry and being forced to work at home (because of morbid conformity etc.), this serial phone abuse should not happen. But it does. And one of the biggest culprits is that awful Pacific Bell Communications company--!

Right after I hung up, he called me all apologetic that the phone was not in. After an entire morning/afternoon, he called me to tell me the phone could be picked up. They even charged for a new SIM card when they easily have given my brother for free since they didn't honor their word about delivering the phone when they said they would. Fast forward to Sunday March 24th, turns out they activated the wrong number to the SIM card that was suppose to be for this phone and now my sister has no phone for 2 days until they can fix the problem. WTH?!!!!! Incompetent people representing Metro by T-Mobil at this location.

I am blown away by the customer service we CONSTANTLY receive from Fiber Internet Center. We recently had a project which required us to establish a private connection to another large movie studio for some huge data transfers (think 5TB files). This was extremely time sensitive and could have cost us a lot of money if it wasn't done quickly. I reached out to Fiber Internet Center and it was done within a DAY. Normally these connections take 2-3 weeks for set up, but I told them about the urgency of the project, and the next morning I got an email from Bob saying that it was already done. They go above and beyond, even reaching out to the studio to make sure everything is working on their end as well. I expected to have to do this myself, since most companies wash their hands of the project once their end is done. I really can't thank them enough. Their customer service on top of the fact that they provide us with more than a gigabit of throughput puts these guys way ahead of the game. Our connection has been consistently reliable, and the VERY few times it isn't, I know exactly what's going on, and am never left in the dark. I can't say enough praise about this company and their team members, and I am sincerely grateful to them.
