My vehicle was stolen, crashed and sat there for a month before I was able to get through the legal system and have it released back to me. After all of that mess, it was great finding such a professional, courteous, and reliable person to come and take my baby home. There was an issue with my upgrade on my renewal and David said it's showing basic so lady you either pay us or you won't get your car and told the driver don't do anything and prepare to take it back. We found Grandpa's Towing and called. from the moment they picked up the phone they made me feel like I mattered. They asked if I was in a pulled over in a safe place and how many people where with me and if we had a ride or needed to ride with the driver. They told us around 75 mins for an eta. (it was better than 3 plus hours) they arrived roughly in 49 mins and got us situated in the truck while Keith loaded our car. Overall service was great from the first phone call to arriving at the dealership to drop out car. we only lived a few miles from the dealership and Keith offered to give us a lift to the our house.
