To make an appointment here, you would need to create a profile online and pre-pay half as a deposit. There is a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy to be aware of if you don't want to lose your money. If you call in, their receptionist will tell you to go online, but if you have any issues, to call her back and she can talk you through the steps. Prior to your appointment, drink a lot of water and stay hydrated for the best detox results. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early as I do going to any spa for the first time to check in and see if they need me to sign any paperwork. They have a really nice lobby area. The receptionist offered me water and asked if I needed to use the restroom while I was waiting. I had my sessions with Samantha. She came and welcomed me to the treatment room. It was very clean. The table was lined with disposable sheets and even a warming sheet to keep you warm. They had disposable bras and underwears to protect your clothes from getting dirty. Samantha explained that each treatment will be customized to your body and your preferences. She asked if there was any areas I would like to focus on, and I mentioned my stomach. She warned me that she would be applying a lot of pressure to release the lymphs but I thought the pressure was amazing and relaxing... but I do like firm pressure massages. In addition to the full body lymph massage, she also did a fat cavitation and apply sculpting tools to my stomach area. Throughout the whole treatment Samantha was super professional and knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. After the treatment, she reminded me to drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol for maximum detox. This is great for a quick detox. If you're looking for extreme results, you should come 1-2 times a month. It isn't reasonable to expect quick change for just one visit. I had such a great experience I already scheduled the Ultimate Luxe Treatment Sculpt Detox with Samantha.

I was so excited when the stars aligned and they were available on a date where I was available. On the day of my appointment, I had a really hard time finding Our Secret Place. It was secretly tucked in a corner. If you struggle to find them. Look for Yoo's Place and they are next door to the left. There is a parking structure nearby that would be the best place to park since the parking spots closer to the spa were limited to 1 hour. When I arrived, the receptionist seemed to know who I was. I must have been their only client that evening. I was further surprised that I didn't have to sign any waivers that you normally do at spas. I was welcomed back to the treatment room and introduced to Angela, my esthetician. Her English seems limited but she was very nice and sweet from our nonverbal interactions. Angela gave me a top to change into for the facial. For those who are unfamiliar with a Bojin facial, it is a Chinese therapeutic technique that massages the face's meridian. I saw that Angela had 3 different jade-looking tools to help her get deep into the meridian points and the muscular fascia. The benefits of a Bojin facial is that it improves the lymphatic drainage, boosts circulation, releases tension, and sculps the face. If you're familiar with gua sha, it's like a gentle relaxing version of gua sha for the face. Angela started off with a cleanse with steam. Wow her massage techniques were sooooo relaxing and soothing. Her hands were so intuitive, and all of the spots she targeted felt like a big relief. It's that amazing feeling during massages where you know your masseuse knows exactly what they're doing. Angela is incredible. I was so relaxed I fell asleep, so sorry if I can't give the full accounts of the experience. When I somewhat woke up, there was still facial massaging and a face mask where she massaged my neck, shoulders, and arms while the face mask was doing its' magic. Then cleansing, moisturizing, serums, the usual. I recommend the Bojin facial for those who want a therapeutic facial massage, with the skin care being secondary. And if you decide to try it, definitely ask for Angela. She's great. I know she also does scalp massages and body massages, so I definitely want to come back to try other services here too.

At the end of the session (I couldn't wait for it to be over because it was not spa-like), there was water absolutely everywhere in the floor! I do wish I had received a follow-up from her after the procedure, as that's something I always do for my own patients to build rapport. Still, she was great overall. I chose Dr. Andrea McNab after doing my research, and I'm so glad I did. She even texted me before our video consult to say she was running late, which instantly put me at ease. She took time to assess me properly, answered all my questions, and gave her honest opinion. The procedure itself (arms, bra roll, flanks, waist, and back) was shockingly smooth. Cathy, my pre-op and in-room nurse, was fantastic--warm, funny, and made me feel completely safe. The numbing process was the worst part, but the rest felt like vibration and pressure. I didn't even need the nitrous oxide despite my anxiety. Post-op, the swelling and leakage were intense for the first 24-48 hours (be prepared--it looked like a crime scene!), so I highly recommend extra garments, pads, and dressings. I took a few extra days off work just to be safe, and by day three I was showered, more mobile, and feeling surprisingly good. I do have to add that the soreness they said would feel like you had an intense arm workout. Definitely was worse than that but again everyone is different. I'm currently on day 3-4 post-op and already seeing huge differences--especially in my arms and back. I know final results take months, but even now I'm blown away. I 100% recommend this location, Dr. McNab, and the entire staff. They handled my anxiety like pros, made me feel cared for, and gave me results I'm already proud of.
