Man to be a fly on the wall in this place....oh wait I was... and let me tell you this service department is about as sleezy as the come. Whilst waiting for a rental vehicle I slipped into the area that houses the Enterprise and the service department. A lady by the name of Sandy was working one of the service desks and let me tell you, total shock. Heard her on the phone with a customer who was obviously distraught over some issue with their vehicle. Sounding completely irritated she rushed him/her off the phone and then mocked that customer with her slimy co-workers and they chuckled at how stupid they were for asking questions without having the car there. Then we (myself and 9 year son) got a good dose of the true integrity of this total low life department. After speaking with another one of her and Lynch's poor customers she muttered under her breath "ohhhh my God, what a pain in the A$$"....a great word for my 9 year old's ear. Absolutely disgusting that a service advisor would speak this way, much less in a public place. Their job is to help their customers through tough times. The service you will receive at this Lynch place is about the quality you'd find at a carnival. I truly pity anyone who places their trust in this place and especially sympathize for anyone who gives them a penny of their money. It's amazing that such a shady, disrespectful does so well, but then again it must be true what they say - you gotta be a scumbag to get a head in this world. So my advice if your ever desperate enough to consider giving this place your money, do yourself a favor and give it to a bum or heck just flush it down the toilet - at least you'll be left with some dignity....because just know at the end of the day, your hard earned money and humility is being mocked away by the likes of their "advisors" such as Sandy and her crew who think of you, the customers, are nothing more than a running joke. read more

My experience at the Lynch - Burlington dealership was fantastic. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, dealing with many dealerships, and we all know how that can be. However, from the moment I walked up, I was truly treated like a customer, not being pressured like most places. They were more interested in what would work best for me v.s. lets just sell this guy a vehicle. Our Sales Person, Michelle was great! She explained everything very well, made sure we were completely happy, and well taken care of. Overall, She did an outstanding job, and for the first time I felt like I was a valued customer, not just another sucker coming in. I was also very impressed when the sales manager stopped by her desk to just introduce himself, and make sure everything was going just the way I wanted. From there, I was introduced to the Customer Satisfaction Manager, Craig, who did a great job explaining everything, and helping make sure that I was getting everything I needed. Our finance guy was fantastic too, VERY knowledgeable, fast, and cared about making sure we were getting the best rates. Then at the end when my wife and I were about to leave with our new vehicle, The Lot owner even walked up and said Hi, and thanked us for our business. Always a great experience working with this store. We have had a lease for the past year on a Buick verano. Well it was coming to the time to trade it in, or buy it out. We decided to stay closer to home and try the Kenosha lynch dealer. We were denied for the same lease! (That we've had for 3 years!!) How can that be? So we went back to our "home" store where we originally got into our first lease. We walked in and wanted the manager, we didn't want to go through 5 different people and be there all day long. So we were greeted by Dan Loggins (general manager), what a great guy to work with. He set us up with 2 different vehicles and made it his promise that we would get the one we liked within our price range and be out of there in no time. He then set us up with Julian Pangburn (sales consultant). He was so awesome to work with! He took us for our test drive in both vehicles, and we fell in love with the GMC Terrain. Due to that midsizer being a bit higher than our price range, Dan took it into his own hands to see what he could do for us! Buying cars is not on my wife's list of fun things to do, but she never questions it when its time for a new car when I tell her we're going to LYNCH! The used car lot has fantastic inventory, with GREAT sales associates. Over the years I have purchased 5 cars with them, and NEVER had an issue. Geoff will honestly give you the best price without playing the numbers game, and making you go back and forth a million times to try and keep getting the price down wasting your time... He will give you top dollar for your trade in, and even if you don't have one he will still give you a fantastic price on a car. Just bought a brand new Camaro from Lynch superstore, Very Happy with the car and Very Happy with the Dealership! In all honesty, We knew. our credit wasn't the best, but it wasn't a problem for them, and they soon got my Wife behind the wheel of her BRAND NEW Camaro! I originally purchased my vehicle at the Lynch dealership in Kenosha but recently moved to Burlington. I have had very positive experiences with the sales and service dept.at the Kenosha location and had a very good experience with the Burlington location. Everything from the service I received when I called to make my appointments to the service writer that checked me in and the service writer who checked me out. I would say it is pretty rare to have this kind of service in multiple locations. I am very thankful for the knowledgeable and friendly employees that this dealer group has.I am taking the time to leave this review because too often people are quick to complain but aren't quick to share a positive experience. I feel that the Lynch dealer group has a great group of people serving their customers. On a side note,the customer waiting area was so nice and the mobile device charging station was a pretty nice thing to have access too. read more

I just bought my second used car from lynch Burlington and my experience was even better than the first time. The car was at lynch Mukwonago, and jay and Geoff were vey helpful and willing to get the car down to Burlington for me. I never felt pressured to do anything I did not want, and felt that everything was being done that could be done to get me into my new car. Negotiating was easy due to the friendly staff, and they gave me time to think it over. Once a price was agreed on, the rest of the staff was also great, including colin who did all of the financing. He was very friendly and professional and able to answer whatever questions I had. The day I went to pick up the car they were having an event, and I even got to have breakfast out of the deal. I drove from Grayslake IL to Burlington WI to look at a truck for my daughter. When we got there we were met by very friendly representatives. I do not want to call them car salesman because they did not act or seem like it. Jay our representative was great and up front about everything even pointing out things I was missing good or bad! We were not happy with the truck but a car caught her eye. After test driving it and determining it was something she wanted we meet and came to an agreement on a price. One of my wife's requirements is we have it agreed that the sale is not final until after we have a mechanic check the car. Most places I had gone did not want to put it in writing but to the group at the dealership they had no issue with it because they were confident in their process. My wife and traveled two hours from Appleton, WI to the Lynch Superstore for a 2015 Buick Verano and we're really glad we did. After failing to receive adequate help locally in our quest to find the right car at the right price, we finally got a salesperson and manager to work for us.. Both Jay and Jayson at Lynch went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and were both very cordial. They knew we had a limited time to be there for business before heading back and got the paperwork, etc. finished in a timely fashion. Jay is absolutely the most knowledgeable salesperson we have met to date. He took the time to educate two people in their mid 40's who aren't exactly gadget savvy, when it comes to newly developed car instrumentation and technology. Besides a polite and knowledgeable staff, I found each person, from the very first greeting through sales, purchase, and finance, to clearly answer our questions. Even technology questions were explained so us "seniors" could understand. Never did I feel I was being "talked into" something. There was no sales pressure. They wanted to help us find the vehicle that met all of our needs; the whole process was actually fun as we interacted with the staff. We had a great experience at Lynch this weekend. We went to look at a vehicle and found out it didn't have the features we were looking for. We were just about to leave when our product specialist Jay Conway suggested a completely different vehicle. We took it for a test drive and knew it was the one for us. Without Jay's passion for customer satisfaction we may of ended up in a less than outstanding vehicle. When it came to negotiation I quickly found out that the used car manager Geoff Eckhardt is an absolute stud with negotiation. I just bought a new GMC Sierra 1500 SLT From Lynch. Renee Johnson was my salesperson and this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from her including a 2012 and 2014 Acadia Denali. She is very professional and goes above and beyond in providing a high customer service level to her customers. She had to search the entire US for my vehicle with the color and options I wanted and ended up finding the exact vehicle I wanted in Michigan. She worked closely with dealer trade folks and had it in Burlington in 4 days. What great service AGAIN! Our Son just bought a car on his own and Jeff Mucks was spectacular. So not even a week later we decided to do the same. We bought a brand new 2018 from Jeff. This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever experienced. My husband came yesterday, on his own, and talked with Chris Holbach. We were in the market for a new truck. Once Chris heard what we were looking for, he showed him one and let my husband drive the truck for a day. This was the fourth trip to the Burlington superstore with family. Issac our product specialist was so young but so knowledgeable and friendly. Kal the sales manager worked every number and rebate to get our numbers where we needed them, without us settling for less. FYI we have been here four times now; 1st our new lease, 2nd our drop off and then new lease again, 3rd daughter-in-laws new lease and now 4th my in-laws new lease. Just purchased a vehicle today! Took about an hour and 45 from the moment I stepped on the lot. Everyone was extremely helpful! Walked in and had a salesman (Jay)help us out right away and got use in the car with in minutes for a test drive and at the same time gave us a quote for our current vehicle. We had a carmax quote and they matched the price and added a little on top. Got a great rate from Geoff who was also extremely helpful and definitely went out of his way (literally ) to help us in every way possible! We leased a traverse this past week and it was a great experience. We worked with Donny White he took the time to talk with us to understand our needs in a car and suggested the traverse which we are totally happy with. He then worked with us to secure the financing we needed for the 4 years. I will be honest I was skeptical to work with a large dealership again after having a rough time with a couple other ones in the area in the last few years.
