When I asked him for recommendations on what might be a good model he not only helped me, but while standing in my kitchen made a call and told me where I could get one same day. Scotty and his son literally made a stressful situation so much better - And I can't thank him enough nor can I recommend him more highly! My refrigerator was having temperature issues, so I called WSH to come take a look. They came and…read moretold me I need a temperature gauge. We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!

Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

I hired a new repair company to look at it, and they diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes and informed me the components inside we're burn't, there was a previous fire in it. AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE…read more Tony Cunha places multiple advertisements (Affordable Appliance Repair, Whirlpool Repairman, Household appliance repair) telling you that he will save you money if you use him to fix your appliance. He even brags about an Angie's List Award in 2010. I called him, arranged a day to have him look at my washing machine, and exchanged text messages that day until he arrived. He arrived on Wednesday June 12th around 1pm, diagnosed the problem, said he needed to order a part. He said the part would have to be ordered, but he could get it by Friday, June 14th., and the he calculated the bill. The total was going to be $105, including $25 for the part. He was expecting $65, with the balance upon his return. I could not find my checkbook, and only had two $50 bills, so I gave him $100, and said I would owe him $5 when he returned. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. He took my money, gave me a receipt for it, and then disappeared. He never returned. Never called. Never replied to my text messages. I fixed the washing machine myself. After 12 days, I gave him fair warning to refund $50 of my money by Wednesday evening, June 26th, or I would make sure everyone knew what a thief he is. Unless he passed away, I bet he is a junkie. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

We called GE and they were useless but gave us a few local places to call for service. None of them could help us for weeks or wanted an obscene amount of money just to walk in. After some research we reached out 603 Appliance Service and we were absolutely thrilled with their professionalism. They came right out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. When the part came in they came back and fixed the fridge. The cherry on top was the guy took the time to clean up under the fridge! If we ever need another repair they will be our first call!
