Beautiful nail salon, lovely modern decor, exceptional customer service, good music, peaceful and serene environment, love the bench seating area for pedicures with extra pillows. Comfortable cozy and super clean. Tina helped me, she was very friendly, sweet and professional. She was recommended by the person who gave me the certificate. I got an upgraded pedicure ($58) which included a variety of treatments including a soak, steam, mask, salt scrub, hot towels, massage and more. I opted for regular polish. Great pedicure! I also got a basic manicure. ($25ish). Also great service: cuticles trimmed, nails cut and filled, mo polish per my request. So. . .it was my daughter's birthday yesterday and she decided she wanted her, her sister and her cousin to get a pedicure together. I chose this location because I liked the setup of the seating for pedicures. She was super excited when she walked in but was thrown off because we weren't greeted upon entry. My daughter walked up to one of the ladies who worked there and told her (as I instructed) that we had an appointment. She was seemingly ignored so I spoke up a bit to get their attention so she could repeat herself. We chose our colors and were told we could sit to get started. I sat my daughters and niece first and explained it was my daughter's birthday, but for some reason, I looked up and everyone was being serviced except for my daughter. I could see she was disappointed so I had to instruct the ladies to service the young girls first since this was their experience as I explained earlier. We began to enjoy ourselves, talking and taking pictures when I felt that my big toe was cut too low. I made the technician aware but her demeanor showed to be a bit dismissive. As she started to file my big toe, it felt like she was scraping my skin (which was painful), again, I let her know she cut my nail way too low and she didn't respond. As she continued, she hurt me yet again and I responded with an "ouch". . .nothing. My daughter is enjoying herself so I let it be. My daughters and nieces definitely enjoyed their experience. I believe my sister who joined us did as well. I personally wasn't that pleased because my toe being cut extremely low exposing my skin and the lack of acknowledgment was disappointing. I ended up having to put a band-aid over my toe because it brushing up against anything is painful. My other toe is cut very low as well but thank goodness, not low enough to hurt. The establishment was very clean, the setup is very nice and the employees were nice enough. My one suggestion would be to let them know, before they start cutting, how low you'd like your toes cut because she either didn't care or she was oblivious to just how low she cut my toe nails. read more

The technicians kept being pushy on getting gel polish multiple times which had never happened in all the years I've been here. My tech was the last to sit and get to work on me. No hello no greeting just straight to the question "gel??" By this time I was annoyed and said NO! You know when you feel people are talking about you ,we felt it. When my tech was scrubbing my feet with the scrubber she cut my big toe in two places. I didn't get her name because again she didn't even introduce herself she was new for sure, I only recognized Kay who was working on my cousin next to me. No apology just paused and kept going. I loved polished bar and had been coming here for years thinking I finally found a great shop. All the nail techs I liked are gone. Except Kay, two stars for her because she's kind and accommodating. Three weeks ago I left a three star review because my acrylic set was subpar. After that I received a call from the salon and they offered to fix my nails at no cost or when it was time for a fill I could come back in at NO CHARGE. Since I had to leave town, I opted for the fill upon my return. Today I went in for that fill and the tech did a good job on my nails. However, when the fill was over they instructed me to go to the cashier to which I was puzzled because this fill was to be at no cost to me. I did leave the nail tech a good tip, but when I went to the cashier she told me they were going to give me a good deal and only charge me $20 of the $40 fee for a fill. My face clearly displayed bewilderment and the cashier told me they were giving me a deep discount. I am confused; they gave me a deep discount for a service that was to be at no cost due to the terrible set of nails that I paid way too much money for initially ?!?! If I would have known they were going to charge me any money, I would've never gone back. I will not be returning to the salon. I wish them well, but I will not do business with those who do not stand by their word. To be fair, right after my nails were finished and before they told me to go to the cashier, I did "check in" here and I was satisfied with the service. This rating is not about the nail tech's ability, it's about the professionalism or the lack thereof regarding the monetary transaction that should not have taken place. read more

Both times were because the staff did not remember or write down that I had an appointment (9/2/2021). The first time I had made an appointment for 1PM for a full set & pedicure. The lady argued with me and said I didn't make the appointment when i did & I even had a confirmation message from them confirming both the full set & pedicure Now the second time was just today! Ana was the nail tech and as she was very talkative and kind to me, her skills as a nail tech were non existent. I had got my nails done for a corporate work Christmas party and to say I was embarrassed is a understatement. She had to of put 5 layers on my nails, she was so messy she would use her nails to scrape it off while it was wet but she ended taking it off the nail too, not just my finger. A few years ago I had gone to Florin Hair and Nails and it was one of the worst experiences ever.. from the nail tech raising her voice at me, to her cutting me with the nail file and spending hours in there for a terrible set my sister decided to bring me here the same day. The second I walked in, everyone and I mean absolutely everyone, was so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was so relaxing and didn't feel rushed. In the past 5 years I have gotten multiple different services from multiple different nail techs, from acrylics set, gel mani, their refresh pedi and now my fav, the dip mani.
