I went here for the first time today and had a very positive experience! I have a sports car so the owner really tried to convince me to get an $80 wax job...a little annoying but still business none the less. The outdoor waiting area is shaded and had misters which really helped in the 103 degree weather today. The man who washed my car payed a great amount of detail to all areas on my car and did a very thorough job. I had a small sticker on my side mirror that I couldn't get off so they happily assisted me with removing it as well. I appreciated the kindness of all the staff who washed my car and this will likely be my new car wash spot! read more

I have been going here for a long time. I always get the best service. My cars come out looking brand new. I also get our cars worked on here with oil changes and lubes. I own a classic car and bring it here as well. I don't however get the car washed for it but they give me a coupon for a car wash for our newer cars. read more

Daniel and Efrain... not good customer service! Feel very much ripped off right about now! Am a very regular customer at this car wash but no more. Came here to get my car detailed on the inside. The guy told me it would be $90 for shampooing, cleaning mats etc, including conditioner for my leather seat... ready in an hour. Came back in an hour to find my car was nowhere near done. Actually dont even think they had started on it as there was a lot of running around by the employees trying to find my car and see what was going on. They then told me another 20 min which turned into 30. Once I got my car, realized pretty much all they'd done is shampooed the inside, washed my mats and wiped it down. The manager then came over and said they decided not to condition the leather as it was in such good shape. Really???? When I replied that I had paid for it, he said it was just going to take more time, which he knew at this point I didn't have. AWFUL service and a complete rip off!! read more

I have been going to Lyons for several years now. Recently, I bought a car that is black and requires washing quite frequently. Each time they wash my car, they do a wonderful job. If I do see anything that they missed (I am quite picky), they are more than happy to do anything they can to make sure it is taken care of. The hand wax with clay bar that typically takes an hour is AMAZING. I did it a few months ago when the sprinklers had created some tough water spots on my car. 2 washes didn't get it off and they assured me they would be able to take care of it. Sure enough, my car looked absolutely amazing! The only thing I can say about them that is negative is that I wish that they were open a little bit later during spring and summer. read more

Brought my car paid $20 and when I picked up my car looks like it wasn't wash and the manager yelled and said "what's your problem? We clean your car " and he said "don't bring your car here again . We have many customers not only you." He had the guts to say that to his customer. There was also a guy complain that his car got a ding after the wash. Wow. I came here because I have a card from the manager with special price on it. I show it to guy and he is clueless. Guess why? He doesn't speak English! None of the other guys do, either and are just perplexed what to do with me. What country do we live in again ? So, he goes over and gets a guy why speaks MINIMAL English. I show him the card. It says $15.95. He says "I give you deal for 11.99. I said "is this the right place? Showing him card again. He says yes. So I go into pay and show her my card, which is also a punch card. She speaks minimal English, also. But she says no that's Stevenson Ranch. I ask if it includes tires and air freshener like the deal on other card. Of course, no. My bad for not looking at name on card. On sane street but wrong place. So now they are done with my car. I ask the guy at the car if it included these things. Guess what? No habla English. He goes to get the other guy and asks him. They have conversation in Spanish. I am fed up, take the keys and leave. Car looks ok but never going back. If we continue to patronize places that don't speak English, the problem will continue. Why can't I leave 0 stars? -2 stars for this place. Had the worst experience today at Lyons car wash. I have been going for years but i have decided to never go there again. When I pulled up to drop my car off and get my ticket, I was sexually harassed by an attendant named Fernando. He asked me "where have you been? I haven't seen you in a month.." While he was saying this, he was leaning in my drivers side window..then he sniffed the inside of my car..I said "can I get out?" Annoyed by my request, he reluctantly stepped away. When I got out he asked me my name, why I haven't been around etc..I mean really??? Disgusted, I went in to pay and told the only woman that works there what happened. She said, "oh yeah, he's done that before." Then, later as I was waiting for my car the owner or whoever he was, because he didn't identify himself apologized for Fernando's behavior but never offered a free car wash or anything for that matter. So, guess what? I'm never coming back. And I wouldn't be surprised if this happens to another woman. read more

Went back today because of a coupon and others who had told me things were different now. Not. These guys can't seem to vacuum & miss even obvious dirt - outside and in. I won't be back again ever. The car wash broke down today and several cars including mine was stuck in the wash for over an hour. No one from the car wash came out to inform the customers of what was going on. 45 minutes later I asked the owners wife ( who could have cared less)what the problem was. I got back into my car an hour later with no apology no free wash no nothing. There are plenty of other car washes in my area and I will be going to one of those. My car is filthy inside and out and I was charged for this. Since the only time I have to get my car washed is on my lunch break I had to leave. I was told just bring it back we will do it again. I used to love this Place, An Oil change and Car wash added up to $42.99 Which I could deal with. The Oil change was done nicely and The car wash Made my car beautiful! Recently with my last oil change and car wash, It was another regular visit, except for when I was told my bill. "Hello, It will be $57.00!!!" What?!?!? I asked why, She said "The charges are all the same and we always charge this". I was just shocked, So i Paid it and waited for my car. When I got it it still had water spots on the windshield and the inside was still dusty. I was not pleased and very sad, So i have chosen not to go since then. There was also another time when my car was overheating and I didn't have much money to spend and they wanted to charge me $80 to use the Computer to check on what is wrong with the car. I went there for over ten years and stopped going there about six months ago. Three visits in a row and I had my I-pod stolen, two gift cards in my glove compartment and ten prepaid car-wash tickets. I warn you to take everything out of your car before going there. Don't just put it in the glove compartment and lock it, that doesn't work. The actual car wash is acceptable on some of my cars but I had a problem with a Mustang with polished Aluminum wheels. They put a yellow cleaning chemical on the that drastically dulls them and ruins the finish. I had to have them re-polished. The next time I took it there I told them not to put that on the wheels and they said they only used water. I looked over at them and they were spraying the wheels again with the same yellow chemical. I had to go somewhere else to have re-polished again. I don't like when people BS me. read more

Upset that I washed my car there Sunday and even a "10 pack" for future washes, and then when I got home, I discovered that they had "stashed" my now broken crystal emblazoned plate holder inside the car, I guess hoping I would find it much later. I would have been bummed Sunday when I handed over the tip if there had been some honest disclosure but instead they showed their dishonest and sneaky colors. The situation became MORE frustrating when I tried to speak with the owner. He said that his employees would never do that. I asked him to split the cost to replace with me. He refused. He wouldn't look me in the eye and when i told him some friends had also complained, he shrugged his shoulders and said "i'm fine"...he's got large crowds often and i guess he doesn't care about one little local resident. I declined his offer for 2 complimentary washes and asked to have my 10 pack refunded. I will never go there AGAIN..convenience or not! read more

I have been a regular customer for over 25 years. It seems that the change of ownership has come with some seedy practices. I took my car in for a synthetic oil change to the tune of $80.00. As I was paying for my at the counter I could observe the technician which is the new owner as well, performing the task of pouring the oil into my car. Something did not seem right as he effortlessly opened each bottle of oil with just his thumb and index finger. I thought to myself he is a pro at this or has very strong thumb and index finger. This morning my wife stated that her car (not the one in question here) might be low on oil. I grabbed a bottle of oil which is the same oil I requested at Lyons Auto Spa. It took quite a bit more effort to open it than what I witnessed at Lyons. Then it struck me..Why would the tech pull the bottles out of what seemed to be a new box of oil which was soaked in oil itself, while there was plenty of the same bottles displayed in the shelves in oil change bay? Why did the oil coming out of the bottle look different and pour differently than the oil I poured in to my wife's car? So therefor, my question is, could Lyons Auto Spa be refilling more expensive empty bottles of oil with the cheap stuff they advertise on there coupons????? I own five cars which all are washed and waxed here. I take my cars here because they are the only car wash which has a cover for the hard working guys to be protected from the beating hot sun! the car wash guys do a great job too. But..If I have to question the integrity of the maintenance I pay dearly for, than I am afraid I will have to take my business elsewhere all together. sad very sad when new ownership ruins a business,EG Caruso's Italian Restaurant in Canyon Country and now Lyons Car Wash. I needed my oil changed quickly and the place I normally go was super backed up. So my husband and I came here. He wanted to just get his car washed so he brought his car along. Well I guess when you get an oil change you automatically get a free car wash. I thought that was cool so I picked up the things in my car so they wouldn't be in the way and nothing would get damaged. Well when I get my car back for some reason my BRAND NEW sunglasses were in the seat. I didn't think much of it. They were in a case so I just moved them and drove home because I had our kids with us. Well, when I open the case up a few hours later I see my glasses are bent and broken. They are aviators and the metal frame was crushed. I literally just bought them. I had them placed in a compartment with other things that appear to not be touched but my glasses were taken out and put on a seat where I am assuming they were sat on. Unbelievable. And do you think they admitted anything or apologized? Hell no. The wash was decent but not when that's the result. So if you wanna pay to have your property destroyed, go here. read more

Had my oil changed done by them and they had over tightened the oil plug. So the next time came around for an oil change i took my car to a place closer to home. I had been advised that the previous place had stripped my oil pan and put in an over sized plug as a temporary solution. Funny how the oil technician or anyone from Lyons Car Wash failed to mention this to me. They advised me to take my car back to the previous location where the work was done and have them replace the pan for the damages they had caused. Wow! Dealing with the management is outright horrible. They refused to take any responsibility and were simply rude about it. They just took the #1 spot on my boycott list. This place is awesome, i went to the oil change place, the manager Raz, was very nice and friendly. i dropped my car off and went to grab some lunch with a friend, and when i came back, not only was my oil changed, but my car was washed, and also had shiny tires and the foggy head lights where no longer foggy. Where do I start? First off, the service isn't always bad, but it all depends on whether or not the so called "manager" is actually doing his job! I've been there on numerous occasions and have gotten amazing service and have walked out beyond happy. But I've also walked out beyond annoyed and with unsatisfactory work! Here's what to look out for...if the so called "manager" is out there doing his job and working and supervising his crew you'll have no complaints. However, if he's no where insight or continuously on his cellphone...your service will never meet great quality standards. I have observed this guy (manager) on numerous occasions as I frequent this place weekly, as it's location is extremely convenient for me, and their service again isn't always bad. I have been meaning to reach out to the owner but have not been successful. He's either too preoccupied to realize that his business isn't being run to potential and his employees are not being supervised/motivated to work with the same potential every time. I did receive a business card from the manager (Abel), but again problems, as I encountered communication issues because his English isn't all that great. Also, his I could care less attitude is far from helpful. This guy is always on his cellphone and I mean either texting or constantly pulling it out of his pocket. I have sat there for an hour while my car was serviced and finally realized that this is why the services offered are never consistent. Buddy, put your cellphone away! While he was probably hired because he may know the ins and outs of the day to day operations; he lacks the managerial and communication skills to operate as a manager that represents the owner of this business. You'll understand my concerns if you ever have to communicate with him and he's staring at you with a deer in headlights look; because he has no idea what you said. It's quite amusing unless you're beyond frustrated and annoyed because you're trying to correct their mistakes. Again, service isn't always bad! But the owner/owners need to pay more attention and hire someone that's fluent in English that understands how to effectively communicate with his customers. Perhaps two different managers; one that oversees the interaction with customers and can keep the current guy on check to encourage his staff to it's full potential. I won't right them off just yet; as I have hopes the owner will pay more attention. He may see that his business is being run by someone who's not completely competent to do so, and perhaps if we all put our two cents in and post reviews he'll wise up. Again, with the right managerial skills, fluent in English and without the "I could care less attitude" this place isn't all that bad, and has the potential to be great.
