I was slightly disappointed with the baklava, it wasn't bad by any means but it lacked the sweetness and stickiness I've come to expect from arguably one of the tastiest pastries of all time. The pistachio flavor very much overpowered the baklava aspects of the dish, so I could see it being less of an issue with other flavors. The chai latte on the other hand was quite delectable, it had just the right amount of spice and the flavor was both rich and consistent through the entire drink. I mentioned that their Google listing says pets are welcome, and the response was that it applies to a different location. That would be fine if it were clear, but the listing I checked had this location's address directly underneath "pets welcome." That is confusing and misleading. What made it more frustrating was the lack of hospitality. There was no greeting, no attempt to clarify kindly, no "We're sorry for the confusion," and no effort to offer a solution like helping me quickly order to go. It felt dismissive. Clear and accurate information matters. If pets are not welcome at this location, the listing should reflect that. I drove out of my way based on that detail, and it ended up being a waste of time and gas. Because of that experience, I chose not to patronize the this location but may try another location one day.
