He then refused to provide the company's insurance information. At the scene, he also pretended to record video evidence, but when the roadside claims department later contacted the provider, they completely denied the facts and refused to cooperate. ***BE CAREFUL*** What has been most frustrating is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward.
