He is great at barricading the trap, so the woodchucks had no where to go after leaving their den except for in the trap. We recently had tried a different wildlife service, and they were terrible; they didn't try to prevent the woodchucks from walking around the trap (and their customer service was atrocious). Jeff blocked both sides from the den to the trap, and even the top to make it really hard for squirrels or chipmunks to climb in and get the bait (and caught). He was also SUPER RESPONSIVE, let me know what was going on during the process, and making sure the trap was ready. He also had better prices than the other company I tried first. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Jeff! He was great!

He charged me $750 for the inspection, trapping and exclusion of any raccoons or squirrels at my house, with a 9 month guarantee - I paid in two parts, 500 down and the remainder when the work was finished. He set traps and trapped an animal or two, then he meshed over two openings he claimed were access points. A few months later, after I had rented the house, my tenants called to tell me they heard heavy movement and scratching in the walls and ceilings. I called Jeff to return and inspect, as I was still only a few months into my 9 mo. warranty. He refused to come. He said he would only come to inspect the situation if I paid him a fee of $75 for the visit. He claimed that if there were animals that had gotten into the house despite his fix, it was not through any of the points he had worked on. Of course, he could not know this without inspecting the property, which he refused to do without additional compensation. The warranty definitely covered him returning to check his work and determine if new access points had been created. By the time it was clear he was refusing to honor the guarantee, an animal died in the walls, causing noxious fumes during part of the lease term, then flies from the decomposing carcass. I called four other animal specialists/contractors to try and find the body, but despite paying for tearing holes in the walls and pulling up floor boards, it could not be found. Jeff never returned to check his work, nor did he stand by his warranty. He was paid in full and on time for the work and guarantee, but my problem persisted, and required paying all over again to a new company. He is one of the pest and wildlife removal agents/companies that take advantage of people because they can, and he couldn't care less. He knows the licensing authority in MA does not review or sanction poor business practices, so he does as he pleases. I suffered excessive damages and expense due to his refusal to abide by his work and warranty. Jeff is a dishonorable businessman - I would warn homeowners to take heed before hiring him.

He came back out for a second treatment at no charge to take care of some returning foragers. He also removed a very large nest inside my neighbors basement ceiling. Most companies wanted $250 just to show up and wanted to sell me -$65/month plan. The first guy I hired didn't even show up. These guys are great, professional and reasonably priced. I already saw great reviews on facebook from other Foxboro residents who hired them at my suggestion.

We are finally getting rid of all of them and he's even helping me patch up the hole under the shed. I cannot thank him enough!

It turns out that the exterior flap on my bathroom vent fan had broken, and a bird had built a nest and laid eggs in the fan hosing. Once the baby birds fledged, I called Critter Catchers to clean out the hose. I had a great conversation with Critter Catchers over the phone. The person I spoke with recommended that we not hire them. Instead he said that we should just have a contractor replace the hose, and make sure the cover on the exterior of the house is repaired. I got the information I needed, and I appreciate an honest business man who tells me when I don't need his services. Thumbs up.

I'm not sure what the story is with the one very poor review for Alamo…read more All I can say is that two summers ago, we had a terrible bedbug infestation in our 3 story apartment. Our landlord's go-to exterminator is Paul, the owner of Alamo. Paul showed up and explained the entire process to us. He was extensively knowledgable about the habits and breeding cycle of bedbugs. He took the time to explain the nature of the poisons he used and was clearly knowledgable about them. He explained how to prep our house for the fumigation. Afterwards, he helped return out house to normal and told us what to expect. Throughout the experience he was very curteous and friendly and in conversation, we found out we both enjoy cooking italian. He invited me to his family's meatball cookoff and brought over some imported canned tomatoes in a follow-up visit. And were just the tenants- we aren't even the one's writing his check. I find it hard to believe Paul could be rude. Check google's aggregate rating of them- their reputation seems to be iron-clad.

During the pandemic when most people are skeptical to come out to work, Paul was at my house daily checking out problems we were having and going beyond to help rid us of our situation.
