Mister Manny and his boys have helped me troubleshoot and finish off three of my last four cars Audio systems. Every time I have came through their shop, issue was resolved same day. After being quoted crazy numbers from too many 'reputable' shops I started doing my own Audio. These guys not only finished it off every time I hit a roadblock, they explained what happened and how they resolved it. 10 out of 10 all day, this is one of those pin it to the fridge shops. I have brought them some janky crap too, a 2010 jaguar xf with a bass install to a stock head-unit; a 2008 nissan 350z with an aftermarket touchscreen and twin 12's, and now helping me find missed wires on a microphone-head unit-bass-camera thingy in my 2000 GT. Let me start by saying that getting car audio installed shouldn't be as hard as this was. Thank God for Manny and the crew at Tunes Station. Every other shop I tried either "doesn't install outside gear", "doesn't know what a big 3 upgrade is" (how do you have a job in car audio???), was way too expensive, or in the case of one (not to mention any names but Foss), were rude and pretentious. With 3 other shops saying that I would have to buy THEIR gear, that they don't install outside equipment (dumbest policy ever for car audio shops), and the other 2 I tried being FAR too expensive, I had begun to cave, and deal with the fact I was not going to be able to get all of this done in one place, and definitely not for my initial budget. Then, while roaming BNI to go to a shop of a similar name, I came across Tunes Station. Manny (owner) had no problem doing the full install, gave me a better rate than anybody else, my speakers sound GREAT, and...despite a few issues that surfaced after leaving, executed flawless customer service, and took care of the issues I pointed out quickly. I usually look at reviews before I make a choice of who to hire or where to go eat. Sometimes it's a hit or miss because everyone is different and we all have different levels of expectations and tastes. Hence, why I post reviews as well, to help out. I live in Auburn, so I was trying to find something local. I needed a sub-woofer installed and I constantly hear the Car Toys commercials in the radio so I thought I would check them out but the reviews were bad at both locations. So I checked Tunes Station, even though it was a drive for me, because they are located in Lakewood. I'm sure glad I did. Francine, is the first person you meet. Great spot good prices . I got my windows tinted sub installed and a full in dash dvd system . Haven't had any issues yet . Owner even gave me a better price sense I had more done at same time. I'd highly recommend their shop even if it is harder to find and in a place you wouldn't expect to be awsome. I took my truck there to get and alarm, stereo, and back up cam installed. The price went up from the original estimate $700. Then I was told I needed a new battery becaust the capacitator blew. I purchased a battery that was a used battery but when I took it to the place of purchase it was not the battery I bought but a reconditioned battery. My car was not ready when it was estimated to be done either. The deck wasn't functioning properly and they had to cut into the dash to make it fit. I am unhappy with my service here and all this additonal work cost more money. The new battery was not even secured but the dash case for my old stereo was wedged in there so the battery would not move. Also if you bring your own stuff they do not warranty any of their work. Shady. These are actual events not made up however I wish they were. read more

Do not go here for your window tint. Please save your money and time. They did an absolutely terrible job on my windows. The end result was a speckled peeling and runny mess that they called a "great job". When I went back I was given the run around multiple times and told to come back over and over again, so on my fourth time going back the white guy who does tints started arguing with me about how no one will do a better tint. They refused to fix my tint and started yelling at me on how "I'm just tryin to get free tint job." Absolute crap customer service and bad quality. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this tint place and if you want a good quality sound install go to car tunez they do a great job and affordable, and there right around the corner from tune station. So all in all I left a unhappy customer with a total crap tint job. I'm going to have to take it somewhere else and have the tint removed and replaced. Waste of 200$. Looks like a toddler did this job. Absolutely horrible experience. read more
