As a regular, returning customer as my elder friend is.. Yesterday, I was very disappointed with Cindy, their nail technician. Her customer service performance with an elderly friend of mine was uncalled for and outright rude. In the middle of her manicure, Cindy abruptly stopped. She turned around and began working with a walk-in, another woman w/ a toe issue. Without uttering a word, nor providing an explanation to my elderly friend, Cindy turned her back on her and spent 15 minutes with the other woman. Without providing an "excuse me." In my humble opinion, I feel it's disrespectful of how elderly people are treated poorly in social settings. This was the perfect example! Prior to the manicure, my friend generously tipped Cindy 25% of the service fee. We will not tip prior to service again. There didn't seem to be order that morning. Tiffany is awful. I've been here so many times for the last 2 years and it's been so inconsistent. I finally now decide to leave a review because I've just had it with this place. There are a couple decent techs but the passion and joy is just absent from this place. Tiffany helped me again and she was bitter (because I wasn't only scheduling w/ her anymore) and I was helped by her colleagues, she's absolutely lazy, didn't remove any of my cuticles, files sloppily, and was rudely flinging my hand around and slamming the nail bottles on the table. It was clear she's bitter about me not remaining "loyal" to her but she was never all that good to begin with so I decided to try other techs who were better. I'm so over this place. There are millions of other options around so please consider their neighbors. Sadly the owner who is nice, has some low quality nail techs. I'm done with them. Been going here for years. Everyone is excellent. Anytime I have had to get a manicure elsewhere, I realize again how great this team is.

I stopped going here because of the service. It's not that they didn't do a decent enough job painting your nails but there are too many other factors. I was there when they cut, on two different occasions, a friend to the point of bleeding. I went in for a mani-pedi (and I was super clear that getting the pedi was the most important part) they did the mani and I waited for over an hour for them to start my pedicure, which they never did, so I paid for the Mani left and never returned. The owner of the salon is very sweet and the staff seems to work better when she is there but if she is gone and the service is atrocious. read more

Be very careful! They overcharged my credit card $750! I have been in contact with Melissa since June trying to get my money back, and she has been giving me the run around claiming that she needs to get financial records from her bank, then more statements, then that she didn't get the correct detailed statement. She had the nerve to ask me to accept $300 as a refund because they "paid tax". I replied that it's absolutely not acceptable that I should be penalized for her nail salon ripping me off $750. I asked her to make a good faith payment of $50 installments which I think is fair considering the pandemic, and she has not responded to my texts. Melissa continues to string me along and is refusing to reimburse me. Always check your receipts. They will rip you off! read more

I have been coming here for years. I've tried out many salons and I really like their quality of work. They are warm and friendly. If you call before just walking in, they will be honest with you and give you the best time frame of when to come in, so you don't have to wait. They do a nice and clean job. There are parking spots in the back so you don't have to pay for parking. But you can always do meter parking in front. I just found out they also have Sunday hours (from 10am till 2), which is great for the working woman. I recommend them read more

I don't always get a manicure or pedicure (not because it isn't good, it's bc sometimes I'm pressed for time), but I come here religiously for waxing. Judy is a great waxer. She always makes me feel comfortable and she's so sweet. Everyone who works here is so nice and they do an amazing job. My first time here was 2 days ago (Oct. 25, 2016) and it was a lovely experience; clean environment and friendly staff. I came in wanting a full set but had just taken off my previous set so my fingernails were pretty short and somewhat brittle. I loved that she passed no judgement and instead just proceeded with doing my nails. I absolutely love the attention to detail she took during the shaping process. The coffin nail shape can be tough to do for some, but she approached it with the attitude of a perfectionist that I appreciated very much. I came back a second time the same week due to broken nail (completely my fault). She fixed the nail, repainted the rest "to look fresh" and didn't even charge me! Not the best nail salon I've been too and not the worst. She was very fast and wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. While she was doing the lotion massage she kept exchanging money with a coworker. I arrived at 6:15 so I'm sure she was ready to close. It felt very half done I didn't even see her apply the top coat at the end because she worked so fast, as a first time customer I expected a little more attention to detail. I'd rather not risk it and won't be coming back. Usually my pedicures last 2 weeks hopefully this will make it for 1 week read more

Not only is this place high quality, it is also very affordable. I was spending $80+ for the same services that are just over $50 here! Yes my last place was "fancy" it had mirrors everywhere, big chairs, complimentary coffee, and was more modern. This is a simple place, with great device. I'm more than happy to save over $30 per visit and skip on the high end feel. My manicure and pedicure still look fresh about a week later. They also offer a loyalty system via punchcard. They are wonderful here! I've been here twice with my grandma now, and she has been coming here for years. Very nice and friendly. Great job with my manicures both times I've been. I also did an eyebrow wax here for my first time ever. I liked it, but I still prefer threading if I'm being honest. They can get pretty busy sometimes, but they never keep you waiting for too long. Great mani/pedi... HORRIBLE GELS!! I have always been happy with my mani/pedis (5 star). I work in the medical field and constantly wash my hands so I wanted something that would last longer. I tried gels three times with three different people.. The color line is always uneven, when my nails grow out there is a ledge because they go over your cuticles and I don't think they use enough and/or proper bonding because I can literally peel them off in less than a week. I have gotten gels elsewhere and have always loved them. Bottom line: Only get regular mani/pedis or acrylic. Don't waste your time or $$ on gels. read more

I came here to kill some time waiting for plans that I had later on in the day. I did a walk in and they were able to fit me in right away. After about a 5 minute wait, I had two women working my manicure and pedicure. Both ladies were fast and efficient, though I could say I've had better manicures before for less. There were air bubbles that formed after she finished putting my color on. Also both ladies practically just left me to just sit there for another 20 minutes to wait for my nails and toes to dry. I had to check if my nails were dry myself before I left. Another thing that happened was that their card machine wasn't working that day and no one informed me about this until after they started working on me. So I had no other choice to go walk a block away to get cash, right after I got my pedicure. I just wished that someone could have told me about that before I sat down in the chair. I would have had no problem getting cash before hand, but I guess no one though that was something important to tell their customers. All-in-all I know I could have got better service and quality work done for cheaper. Sadly, this place is not worth the $27 basic manicure and pedicure price tag. read more
