The 1st time I thought all went well, until when he had the car delivered, on the receipt was stamped 6 mos warranty! Well, after I authorized him to repair the transmission....he said that he would give me a 1 year warranty. When I asked him about the 6 mos warranty stamp, he said "no worries they made a mistake....I will honor 1 year." I paid him $3,200 for the job. WHO in their right mind would agree to only a 6 mos warranty after paying that much?! So, the car ran well for about 7 months, then transmission went out. I called him, and had the car towed back over there. He said that " you know it's out of warranty, but I will see what I can do". So now he forgets about what he initially told me! So, he kept my car for another 6 mos......dodging all of my calls, and making up B.S. excuses about why my car wasn't ready! When I got the car back he told me that he would not give me a new warranty! The car ran for another few months....then transmission went out again! Smh SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Oh, and he must know someone over here at YELP, because he had my 2 prior reviews taken down! Smh

I can't say enough great things about M&L. They define customer service. When I first called Annette was very friendly and gave me all of the info I needed, it was like talking to a friend not a business. Then when I dropped off my car I was greeted by Mike & Bill like one of the family. They explained the whole process to me and were very efficent. I was kept up to date by Mike with the progress of my repairs with phone calls, e-mails and even pictures!! I never wondered what was going on or had to call and ask. When I picked up my car we did a vehicle walk and I was shown where all the repairs were done. Not only did my car look great but it was clean and detailed inside and out. Got a good vibe from the people there! They are really down to earth good family oriented people who strive to help out. Thankfully, my Tesla's cameras captured everything -- including the truck's license plate and the business name and phone number printed on the side. Instead of immediately contacting the police or his insurance company, I decided to do the right thing and reach out to the business owner directly. I explained what had happened, shared the video evidence, and to their credit, they accepted responsibility and agreed to pay for the damages. That's when **Classic Collision Dos Lagos** truly shined. As a Tesla‑approved repair center, they were my first call -- and to my surprise, they were open on Saturday and able to see my car right away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They inspected the damage (a tow‑hitch‑sized dent and scratches on the front bumper), reviewed the footage, and were just as shocked and frustrated on my behalf. They quickly prepared the estimate and advised me to return once they received written payment confirmation from the construction company. By Sunday, Classic Collision confirmed they had verified payment and invited me to bring the car in for repairs. When I dropped it off Monday, the shop was spotless, organized, and welcoming. Everyone there treated me less like a customer and more like a longtime friend. By Thursday -- just a few days later -- they called to let me know my car was already finished. They're an authorized repair facility with Mercury Insurance, so the process is always smooth and professional. This time, our install van needed bodywork -- it's our main vehicle for large furnace, air conditioning, and ductwork replacement projects. During the initial inspection, we were worried the van might be too tall to fit inside their shop. Without hesitation, they assured me they had a solution with a mobile paint booth to accommodate our large vehicle. That immediately put my mind at ease and showed how prepared they were to handle any situation. They initially estimated about two weeks for the full repair, which I completely understood, but it was tough since this van keeps our business running. Our representative, Cuu, went above and beyond from day one. He listened to my concerns, came up with ways to possibly speed things up, and kept me updated every step of the way. Even though there were no guarantees, he got the job done a full week ahead of schedule -- we had our van back in just five days! One small part was delayed, but Cuu communicated clearly and arranged for us to swing by later so our downtime was minimal. On pickup day, I got stuck in traffic (Friday, of course) and told him I probably wouldn't make it before closing. Instead of pushing me off, he stayed over 30 minutes past closing to finish everything and personally hand me the keys. That kind of service is rare these days. The paint match is absolutely flawless and they did an amazing job. What really set them apart is their integrity, craftsmanship, and customer service. Paul and Steve kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure every detail was touched upon. I contacted Michael about the issues that I was having with my BMW X5 and he told me that he could…read moretake care of it and quoted me an extremely fair price vs. what I had been told by another repair shop. I had my car towed to Precision first thing on a Friday morning for repairs and very shortly after it arrived at Precision, I received a message from Michael confirming what the issue was. Michael noted that it might be completed Monday for me. I was in a bit of a bind because I needed the car Monday to get to work. Michael told me he'd see what he could do about the timeline. They quickly got to work on my car and I got a message later that afternoon at about 3pm that my car was done. Getting it back early was a huge help and kept me from having to line up other transportation through the weekend and Monday for work. A few things I really appreciated: - Great service and communication. - Honest diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. - Good pricing on the repair. - Went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
