He came out to inspect and since he initially failed to look at both parts of the ice maker and fix the entire thing at once, there was a second part that was broken. Although the new part installed kept the ice from freezing, it was still not being released into a cup at the touch of the button. This was going to be $200 plus issue, but he would not fix it under the warranty. In addition to this, he scratched our floors moving the fridge. I was very unhappy with the service and did not feel he was thorough or professional. Would not recommend this company for home repairs.

We brought our truck, picked out what we wanted, they helped load it up, and my husband installed them that evening. Win! They do offer delivery and install, through a third party they work with. It was fairly reasonable but we didn't want to wait. Also, you can bring your old appliances back and drop them off. They will recycle them for you. Subtracting one star because the sales person was bad talking the brands they don't carry. With a passion. At the end of the day, even if the brands suck, I'm not a fan of talking negative against the competition. "I don't reccomend it." Or "We don't carry XYZ because we only carry products we can stand behind" would be sufficient.
