Just returned from getting a sandwich there for lunch - they are under new ownership - first time under new owners - bread was stale and used hard ends of tomatoes - yuk we went for lunch a couple more times not the same quality. Today I decided to give one more chance and got the M & M Special - my favorite, Old owner charged 8.79 and was a good sandwich. Today it was 12.31and had literally one slice of turkey tomatoes so thin couldn't taste basically bread and lettuce - same thing for cheese - no thank you - I'm done you raise your prices so high and give 1/3 of the sandwich as prior owner - good luck with that business plan. read more

Customer service is great at the register minus the sign at the register that says phone orders encouraged with 20-30 minute order delays. I hope it improves. Located in an industrial park, facing the street with parking right up to the door. This is a small family business. They appear to have a following. A lot of people coming in seemingly ordering there usual so I had high hopes. Dated old homemade photos cover the walls. Looks like Costco muffins wrapped up individually for sale on the counter. Miscellaneous signs and stuff are piled in the corners. There are a few tables and chairs that serve the purpose but zero effort is paid to design, comfort, or to appeal, all of it looks like it came with the building. It all looks tired, clean though. The menu features breakfast plates, sandwiches, burgers, burritos, and teriyaki bowls. They are serving the individual complex and the 9-5 working class people breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday - see the hours. As for the food; I got onion rings simply because he told me they they make them and I love handmade food served with intention. They are served with a small bland ranch, no ketchup, no salt. The coating is heavy. Now for the reason I came out of my way to come here: I love squaw bread, and love veggie sandwiches so when I saw this on their menu I came in for that! I asked if I could get it with no mustard; he said "yep", if I could sub the Swiss cheese for a different cheese like cheddar; and he said "umm, we'll, ok", I asked if I could add pepperoncini's; he said "they they already come on it" (but it doesn't say it on the wall menu or paper menu) (they have tapered up changes on every price on the wall but can't tape up this change). I then asked if I could I add lettuce; he said it's not lettuce. It's sprouts. Do you not want sprouts"? No, I want the sprouts, I am asking if I can add lettuce in addition and you can charge me for it. What I got; no provolone cheese at all, and shredded cheddar on dry stale squaw bread. I ate 3 onions with the breading peeled off, and a half of a half of a sandwich. Bottom line is: they don't like changes. And they need a vacation. read more
