My truck was taken there for bearing work .....they changed my master cylinder and charged me 190 for for part and labor......part at local stores of 45 and part only has 2 bolts and 2 brake lines easy to change......then after complaining that I didn't order to get that done...owner and office girl started saying I couldn't take truck.....if I didn't pay had no other choice.....then diego showed up and started cussing me put and he wanted to fight like we were in middle school...horrible shop never ever stop here didnt fix nothing scratched my paint and my rims which were 2 grand for rims and didn't fix was was suppose to be fixed.....childish staff....never come here..... My car's timing belt broke and I coasted to a stop in front of M&M's full service shop early one morning, so Mr Ramirez fixed the belt and sent out for the necessary head work and had the car ready in six days. Worse shop ever do not recomemend to any one. If i could give it 0 stars i would. I took my truck for a electrical problem and they said it was just the censors but it was more than that because my truck still shut off as i drove and it was there for almost a month because they couldnt figure it out. They couldnt even admit it so they gave me my money back with no apology and there excuse was it was just time consuming for them. Worse experience ever!!! read more

Please do not take your car here I have been waiting for my car for a month now my father in law has been going here for some time now so we decided to take ours we have taken our cars in the past and they did a good job before but this time around hasn't been so great. We were having problems with our car so we took it in. They fixed one part and that was not the problem which cost $300+ they said it was our Transmission so they shopped around for used ones got 2 that didnt work that took almost 2weeks then they said to rebuild ours that would be best we will have a longer warranty. That took a week in a half to get back and in our car. After that they couldn't reset the computer they were going to take it to the dealer but instead took it else where that was a week ago. So it's been a month maybe longer and we still haven't got our car back my husband and father in law have been calling every day going to the shop and asking what's going on when will we be getting the car back and all we get is tomorrow, tomorrow they are going to go pick it up but never do as they say. I have called them myself upset and told the owner we are renting cars and having to use family cars so my husband can get to work we spent $2000+ and the owner told me they are losing money also first off I'm the customer that is in need of her car as a working mother that is the car that gets my children to and from school and gets my husband to work they should be more understanding and try to help the customer as much as possible and show us they care about our situation not tell the customer we are losing money also! all and all I will never take my cars here again so please take my advice and find another shop this place is not reliable.
