M&M not only saved me over half the cost by finding an already painted mirror at a local junk yard, but were able to install it before I had the chance to catch up on my Twitter account. These guys did an excellent job repairing my bumper after a neighbor drove his giant truck into my car. They were patient, provided the best quote, and quoted me a price for cash payment. They ordered the bumper and painted it ahead of time, saving me from being without my car for 3-5 days. The job was done in half a day and the results were awesome. Super honest, efficient, and friendly! The front bumper was mis-aligned and there were pretty bad scratches on it as well. I bought the car in for an estimate to fix the alignment and the scratches. I was given two options. 1. Fix the alignment and fix the scratches with touch-up paint. 2. Take the entire bumper out, repair, and replenish it. The cost was about $800 difference between these two options. The owner said if he were me, he would go for option 1. Since this was a hit and run, and I did not want to file a claim with my own insurance, I was going to pay it out of pocket. Option 1 was indeed very appealing considering the price. However, my car was less than 6 months old and I was not sure how well the option 1 turned out. I was standing there and debating. Then the owner made me an offer that was completely unexpected. He told me we can start with option 1, and if I were not happy with how it turned out, he will give me the credits back and then move to option 2. I took the offer. And of course, they did an incredible job! I was extremely impressed by their honesty and ethics! read more

I'm glad I found this place. I took our car here after somebody backed into our driver's door. They had the lowest quote of three places (actually about 1/2 of what one place wanted), were near our house and had these great Yelp reviews. They were easy to deal with, did a great job and the final price was actually three hundred dollars below their original quote. Honest guys who run a clean garage and do good work. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I received 3 estimates and his matched the estimate that I received from a family friends mechanic. Although, I did not use them, I spoke with the son of the owner for a while. He was very nice and seemed to be genuine. I took my car to Toyota for 5 years and we discussed how much I was ripped off. I had a diff mechanic every time and I was just a number. He ensured me that they really focus on there customers and that every car is touched by the owner. I must admit, I was a bit disappointed that We did not bring the car back there (we have a good reason that we could not turn down) but in the future if I shall ever need to get work done, I will bring my car here. I recommend this place if you want comfort in knowing that they are not exploiting your lack of knowledge. read more

I have a very small dent in my roof and called M&M to find out I I could stop by for a quick assessment (I wasn't sure if the dent had damaged a seal and might leak). They answered the phone right away and said sure, come by anytime. I was skeptical because of all the bad experiences I've had with other body shops. But sure enough, as soon as I arrived, they were happy to immediately take a look and assured me that the damage was purely cosmetic. I decided not to have it fixed, but they cleaned it all up for me anyway, no charge! Super friendly, helpful, respectful and honest. I brought my car to M & M Garage to repair some cosmetic damages to my RX350 and I was astoundingly impressed with the condition of my car when I received it back. Raj and his son made my experience a very pleasant one as far as car repairs go. They were very communicative and consummate professionals. My car was finished on time and to my delight, they touched up a bunch of small paint chips and replaced the front grill at no cost to me even though these items were not a part of my insurance claim. Today my partner and I freaked out because the passenger side power window wouldn't close on our car. We park on the street and can't leave our window open like that for any period of time. I called M&M and spoke with Raj, who picked up the phone right away. He offered to take a look and see what the issue was, with no charge. Once we arrived, he and his colleague immediately came out and assessed the windows and determined that it was an issue with the power switch circuits and not the motor. Both were very friendly and kind. He gave us advice on how to clean it and fix it. We felt totally comfortable with them and would gladly trust them with any future car work. This place was absolutely fantastic in every sense. Someone hit my car's rear bumper and damaged it to the point that it needed to be replaced. I brought the car in, got an estimate and they said they could get started on it right away. They were very accommodating and wanted to make sure I knew that I could bring the car back when the parts arrived, paint it, etc. so I would never be without wheels. I had a rental so it wasn't necessary but it was great of them to offer. They did a fantastic job fixing it. I can't notice a thing, and it was in an out in less than a week. I came to m&m garage for the first time a couple of weeks ago after someone hit my car in a parking garage and left some pretty big damages. Just to preface - the person who hit me left me a note with her number, but was barely responding when I tried getting her information to cover the damages. From the moment I stepped out of my car at m&m, it felt like the staff really cared about my situation. The owner took time to help me draft messages to the woman who hit my car, waited with me and gave me advice as to how to get her to respond - (it worked). He gave me a fair estimate that did not change, was incredibly responsive and gave me updates while my car was being fixed, and when I picked up my car - it was perfect. These guys are great and did an amazing job repairing the front end of my Ford Fiesta. I am an Uber driver and had a freak accident when the camper shell of a truck flew off of the truck and into my car on the freeway. The owner garage was very nice and warm it was a pleasure working with him. I needed my car fixed quickly so that I could get back to work and they were very much on top of it. My car looks great now and they worked with Geico to make this all really easy on me all I had to do was drop it off. Great service with great owners. They are very fast, hands-on and thorough. My family and friends have been using M&M Garage for over 12 years. It truly is a small family business in every sense of the word, with great workmanship and one-on-one attention. They even came in on a Sunday (normally closed) and opened the shop because I needed my car for Monday, no fuss no complaints. I always send my friends to M&M because it is rare to walk into an auto body shop and not feel wary that you might be taken advantage of.
