I also accidentally tipped my cup over at the register and about half of my whipped cream fell out onto the counter. I told the young lady who served us what happened, apologized and tried to clean it up a bit with some napkins. She only mentioned she could clean it - in hindsight it would have been nice if she had offered to give me a bit more to replace what I lost but that never happened. When she was done charging us, she then came out from behind the counter and sat and chatted with another third young lady who was there (possibly another worker?). It just gave an unprofessional vibe and I do wish more adults in businesses would provide the young adults with some guidance and lessons in good customer service within the hospitality industry.

Lately Oberweiss has severely limited their selection (a lot of places have....category management was the necessity of the past decade). But it's ICE CREAM! When you go out, into downtown Hinsdale no less, you have come to expect greatness, gourmet, top-of-the-game kind of food situations. She helped us select cookies for our box and they are delicious. I had never tried a loaded soda, my 7 y/o granddaughter saw a sunrise drink and we tasted it and we will be back.
