I'm new to the area so was nervous to try a new threading salon. I used to go to Benefit Brow Bar in the city... The Brow Bar in WC does not offer threading. I made an appointment on a Saturday, had to wait about 5 minutes. Had my brows, lip and chin threaded. She was fast and it was fairly painless, except the lip. No frills salon in a weird little strip mall, but the price can't be beat. I want to say it was around $21 total. My brows had a great shape. I will be back! read more

The older lady did an okay job the first time I went. Nothing too special. The second time I visited there was a younger, teen aged girl. She doesn't know what she's doing. She really messed up my eyebrows. They came out uneven and way too thin after I had mentioned to her to not make them thinner. I just wanted it cleaned up. After trying so many places I finally found a perfect place to get my eyebrows done. Reema is so sweet, nice and professional. She takes her time to give you the best eyebrows shape. i've been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 3 years, and this was by far the best time i've ever gone. it was as close to painless as was possible, and i have really sensitive skin, so for me to say that is very impressive. the girl (raina, i think) was amazing. she was a perfectionist, and noticed things about my eyebrows that i had only noticed through staring at the mirror for hours. my eyebrows have never looked better. i got my upper lip threaded also, which hurt a little more, but still less painful than the other times i've done it. it was 17$ for both services, which is really affordable. pretty much, i'm never trusting anyone else with my eyebrows ever again read more

Awesome place! Plenty of parking out front, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. Service was great, and she did an amazing job on my brows and lip. About 6 months ago, I used a Groupon for a lash perm and lash extensions. I'm not sure how much I paid. The woman who performed the service was lovely and gentle. when I was finished I notice that my lashes seemed clumped together but wasn't sure if that was to be expected. Within the week, my lashes began to fall out and my lash line began to itch. It took several calls and over a week for a manager to call me back and finally I returned to the salon. The clinican was extremely apologetic and removed the extensions and conditioned my lashes and encouraged me to return for another "conditioning" the following week free of charge. The following week she conditioned my lashes and tinted them free of charge. She wanted me to return in another few weeks for another conditioning and lash tint but the manager/owner refused to do this free of charge. She said that the two recent appointments that conditioned my lashes and tinted them more than covered the initial amount paid. She didn't apologize and she acted as if I had gotten what I'd intitially paid for- which I had not!I didn't come to them for a lash conditioning or a lash tint. I left with less than I came in with!!!! I'll never return to them again! I've gotten my lashes tinted regularly for the past 30 years (I currently go to Benefit on 4th street). They've lost a potential new customer who could've been there's for a long time. So short sighted! read more

I used to loveeee coming here! Arzoo was my go to girl, knew exactly what I wanted, and did an amazing job. I have super sensitive skin and once I told her this, she used the right thread and technique which meant no breakouts. For some very bad reason, the owners shifted her to the SF location and replaced her with prathima; I was at first hesitant but soon realized that prathima was every bit as good as arzoo. Just when I had gotten used to prathima.. I waked in to see that she also had been replaced. When I inquired, I was told that prathima had quit (gee, I wonder why?!). All of this happened within maybe 6 months. Furthermore, during my last visit a few weeks ago, I walked in to the threading lady taking her time and gossiping up a storm with the client. As disappointed as I was, I let her thread me. She claimed that she used to own her own threading salon, yet she managed to forget a few spots on my face (I had to remind her) and she did such a messy job that I walked out of their with cuts on my face. I am only willing to give this place one more shot, in the meantime I am searching for another threading place in the area. 2 stars for Arzoo and prathima. read more
