Couldn't have been worse! Brought car in for an oil change and inspection. Got it back with a check…read moreengine light and multiple error codes. I opened the hood to check the oil and the engine cover was just sitting there sideways. I immediately went back in and notified the front desk, they had a mechanic look at the codes. Mechanic thought it was the battery or alternator but checked both and were fine. He then tried to reset the error so I could drive it and see if it went away. So I drove it home and it immediately came back. I returned the next day to have it looked at and they took 4 hours to call and tell me it has multiple errors and they suggested I take it to another shop to be fixed and assured me they didn't do anything wrong. I took it to a new shop and they found the issue instantly. When they replaced the oil filter they stripped a wire harness and shorted the electrical system. Have video and pics of the damage. $600 later everything works fine again. I don't ever plan on taking my car here again if they don't make this right.

While I was prepared for an ugly experience (time/cost/environment/rude people), I could not have been more wrong. When I pulled into the parking lot an employee came out to my car to make inquiries as to any needs I had. I found out they screen customers who may need additional support, such as if they are disabled. I was expecting he brought bad news, but that was not the first thing that I found to be the opposite of my expectation. The environment for the waiting customers was clean, cool, and comfortable. The front desk clerk was pleasant, personable, and even a cute sense of humor. The process was efficient and much much quicker than anything I've experienced in dealing with any vehicle service. The cost was only $18.50 and the test results were printed out clearly for the registration process. I am going to bring the rest of my vehicles here. A very pleasant and quick experience.

I specifically requested a phone call before any work was done so I could approve the cost, as my son would ultimately be responsible for handling it. However, when I checked on the vehicle later, I was told the work had already been completed without any prior communication or approval, and I was handed a bill for $342. Despite my frustration, I paid the amount to avoid further conflict. Less than two weeks later, the same warning light came back on. I returned to the shop and was told I would be charged another $75 evaluation fee. After explaining the situation, they agreed to recheck the vehicle at no cost. I later received a call stating that the original issue required more work--this time quoting $250. I spoke with Steven Schuler, who was unfortunately dismissive, combative, and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He spoke in circles, avoided addressing my concerns directly, and refused to escalate the issue or connect me with anyone else in a supervisory role. Both visits left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. As a single mother trying to guide my son through his first car ownership experience, this was extremely discouraging. I share this so others can make informed decisions--please use caution when considering this shop.

I…read moreneeded my blinker light bulb changed and got turned away by some places (apparently auto zone and oreillys doesn't offer it anymore??) and some places like Christian brothers automotive gave me a quote of 100 dollars just for a replacement which is insane. Yet here I got it done for free, it saved me a lot of trouble as I couldn't figure out how to do it properly myself nor did I want to pay a ridiculous amount. Give this place a try, maybe you could drop off your laundry at the dry clean super center next door too while you're at it.
