I know it seems weird to have such a nice restaurant in a hospital, but as someone who routinely ends up shuttling their parents here, I'm grateful for it. I have enjoyed everything I've eaten here (I've been about a half dozen times.) The service is always good, and the staff accommodates patients' physical challenges with grace.

A chandelier, wine wall & a swanky lounge...this hidden gem is tucked away inside the Mayo Clinic...a delightful, sophisticated reprieve where culinary excellence meets refined hospitality. The ambiance is modern & inviting while the decor is coastal inspired & enhanced by soothing saxophone music that sets a relaxed tone for diners. The Chef-driven globally inspired cuisine is thoughtful & innovative...I went for the New England Style Lobster Roll, which is typically served cold with mayonnaise, this version emphasizing the sweet, briny flavor of the lobster, allowing it to shine through to be the star of the dish. My roll was bite-sized sweet Maine lobster chunks & diced celery tossed in a tarragon citrus aoli, stuffed into a soft, split-top lightly toasted buttery hot dog bun & topped with a dressed, crunchy fennel slaw. Truly a destination worth discovering.

I've dined here more times than I've checked in -- often for work-related events, casual lunches, and even a graduation reception. And while I always want to love it (especially given its connection to Medure), the experience has been consistently mixed. Medure far outshines M Brothers in both execution and consistency. Let's start with the good: The ambience is elegant and upscale, with a refined, modern coastal aesthetic -- think soft lighting, neutral tones, tasteful art, and a spacious dining area that feels elevated without being stuffy. It's a beautiful setting for a celebration or a nicer night out, and it photographs well, too. Appetizers and desserts are where this place truly shines. During our graduation reception, we were treated to an impressive array of small bites -- all beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. Highlights included: Tuna poke tacos - fresh, bright, and delicately crunchy Avocado deviled eggs - creamy with a nice twist Truffle ricotta arancini - rich, savory, and a hit all around Desserts, especially the cannolis, were memorable and well-balanced The charcuterie board was artfully done with a well-rounded selection, including dried fruits and nuts -- definitely not an afterthought Unfortunately, the entrees have consistently disappointed me. I once ordered the crab fried rice during a dinner event -- it came out with an odd texture, more like overcooked sticky rice from a school lunch tray than anything you'd expect from a fine dining establishment. It lacked the fragrance and fluffiness of a proper jasmine rice, and while the flavor was passable, I couldn't finish it. That experience stuck with me. Over time, I've sampled other entrees as well, usually spaced several months apart, and they've rarely stood out. I often find myself thinking the same thing: the starters are strong, the mains underwhelm. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the service. The staff here is consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive. Whether dining in small groups or hosting a reception, they always ensure our water glasses are full, plates are cleared promptly, and special requests are met without hesitation. During our reception, they even helped us box up extra food for friends who couldn't attend -- a small act, but deeply appreciated. M Brothers has so much potential, and I'm grateful they hosted our event -- but I hope they revisit their entrée game to match the high bar they've set with service and ambiance.

Can't believe I have not been to this hidden jewel , but then I make my appointments early morning at Mayo. Went for lunch and was so impressed with the dinning room. Full tablecloths that just adds so much to the decor plus a touch of elegance (for a hospital handling patients from ALL over the world). Just the perfect touch. Our waitress, Julia was over the top with a beautiful smile and offered up great suggestions. We ordered the French Dip (OH MY YUM) and Asian salad with salmon (asked how to cook the salmon, which was amazing) Both were excellent and just a note that the au jus for dipping was very flavorful. The truffle fries added the extra kick, suggestion from Julia. Thank you for a wonderful experience and if you are at/near Mayo you need to stop by. Oops did I mention full bar and wine list as well, who could as for more? They do have a dinner menu as well.

Really good food in a surprising place! Met friends for late lunch after one had an appointment at this absolute little treasure I had the burger and wow! It was thick, juicy, flavorful and cooked exactly right (medium). I was blown away! I also really enjoyed the fries. I also sampled from someone else's plate the shrimp etouffee. It was a unique twist with a grit cake instead of the traditional rice, and it did not disappoint. The New Orleans native with us gave it a thumbs up too, which says a lot about its authenticity and flavor! The salads (a house salad and a Caesar salad) I sampled (again from other plates) were also fresh and well-prepared, a perfect complement to the meal. The only not great item was the baked potato soup. Almost seemed just like runny mashed potatoes. I hoped for a chunkier thicker soup. It was ok - just not my style. Additionally, the service was perfection. Our server truly anticipated a lot of our needs and all employees we interacted with were super accommodating for our situation (the main dining area was closed as it was late for lunch and early for dinner) and we needed to fit a wheelchair and larger party. I'd give the service 10 stars if I could. Whether you're at Mayo or just in the area, M Brothers is definitely worth a visit. Who knew hospital dining could be this good?

Food: 5 Stars Service: 5 Stars A true hidden gem is M Brothers at Mayo Clinic. Yes, you read that correctly- at Mayo Clinic. Their menu has a focus on fresh seafood with an Asian and Mediterranean flair. I felt it was versatile enough to where there was something for everyone, even for the occasional picky diner. Their friendly staff, innovative dishes, and elegant ambiance has me thinking about this experience over and over again. Some notes on the dishes we ordered: -House Made Bread: We were offered fresh sourdough and focaccia with olive oil, balsamic, and Maldon sea salt whipped butter. Sourdough had a beautiful crusty exterior and the focaccia was luscious. -Fried Chicken Bao Buns: These are a meal in itself! 3 plump bao buns were filled with crispy fried chicken dressed in a Korean inspired gochujang sesame glaze and topped with an Asian slaw and spicy aioli. Loved the different textures and bright combination of flavors. - Chef Bites: A simple sampling, we found each bite to be fresh and full of flavor. - Salmon Nicoise: A solid take on nicoise, the salmon filet was juicy and tender while the accompaniments were savory and herbaceous. - Short Rib & Pappardelle: This had to be my favorite! The short rib was tender and savory and paired well with the pappardelle dressed in a cream sauce with shiitake mushrooms. -Miso Soy Tuna Poke Bowl: Loved the fresh toppings of cucumber, wakame, edamame, avocado and carrots. The rice was a little undercooked for my liking, but I still enjoyed the bright flavors of this bowl. (Rice isn't like pasta and should not be served al dente. The only exception is Risotto.) Be sure to review their cocktail selections and wine pairings, and don't skip out on any of their special.

The vibe is fantastic and the staff matches it perfectly, friendly, warm, and attentive. We went twice in the late afternoon and never waited for a table, which is a huge bonus for a spot this good. The small plates alone are worth the visit. The Katsu Sando Sliders feature crispy chicken katsu on soft potato bread with fresh cabbage, katsu sauce, Japanese mayo, red onion, and sweet pickle peppers, every element working in perfect harmony. The Potato Korokke was equally incredible, perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with katsu fried potato and vegetables paired with katsu sauce and Japanese mayo. The Gyoza were perfectly crispy Japanese fried chicken dumplings, and the Harumaki was a great addition too. Everything fried here is done with real skill, the crunch is always there and never overdone. If you love spice, the KakuKara Ramen is an absolute must. A rich, creamy sesame broth made from chicken and pork stock with Japanese hot sauce and red miso, it is spicy, deeply flavorful, and completely addictive. Loaded with pork belly kakuni, homemade pickled peppers, cabbage, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds on those perfect curly noodles, it is everything you hope ramen will be. If you prefer something milder, the Katsu Shio Ramen is a beautiful classic, a delicate Japanese sea salt and dashi seasoned chicken broth with shiitake mushrooms, katsu chicken, red and green onions, and the most wonderful onsen tamago custard egg that takes the whole bowl to another level!

We made an early reservation since we saw they do Happy Hour 4PM to 5:00PM everyday so we had to get in on that. We walked and and were seated at our table. They made sure to let us know you can sit anywhere during Happy Hour and still get the specials where many restaurants limit it to a bar area. Rustica does a great job of Happy Hour. They have appetizers, cocktails, beer, Sake, wine, and even main course happy hour entrees too. I started off with a cocktail going for the Liliko Martini which I really enjoyed. I have really been into my Passion Fruit drinks lately. We of course had to get some of the Happy Hour appetizers too and we might have gone a little overboard but for sure worth it. We got: The Naan Bread Yellow Beet Salad Crispy Tofu Roasted Pork Belly Bao Crispy Pork and Shrimp Lumpia Japanese Style Fried Chicken These were a great way to start off dinner and not one of them were $8 or less. If I had to pick favorites the best was for sure the Roasted Pork Belly Bao. I think it might have been the best Pork Belly Bao I had ever had. I was a large thick piece of Pork Belly but it just melted you your mouth and had so much flavor. We also very much enjoyed the Crispy Pork and Shrimp Lumpia which were much bigger then expected. The Japanese Style Fried Chicken was great too and the BBQ Ranch took it to the next level. For my entree I went with the Basil Crusted Roasted Monkfish which came with Vietnamese Yellow Curry, Crispy Shrimp and veggies. The Monkfish was cooked perfectly. I had a great sear on it too which gave it a bit of a crunch. I know Monkfish can sometimes be intimidated people because it was pretty ugly looking but let me tell you if it's prepared like this you're going to love it. Some of the best fish I have had. The Vietnamese Yellow Curry paired very well with it too. Wasn't too heavy and didn't over power the fish but just added an extra boost of flavor. I know what you're thinking who could was possibly be hungry for dessert but it sounded good so we ordered the Thai Milk Tea Creme Brulee and the Yuzu Cheesecake. Both were light enough that we could still really enjoy them after all we had eaten. We really like that the Thai Milk Tea Creme Brulee also had bubble boba in it which we didn't expect. We had an amazing meal and for sure be coming back sooner rather then later.

To this day it's still probably my all time favorite event I've attended here as an Elite! BUT it was also just as great on my second visit around 6 months ago. Now enter Le Petit Paris San Pablo! I knew there were other locations of Le Petit, but this is the first time I've visited one of the smaller locations, which to my surprise includes a drive thru! I kinda wonder how well that works! We didn't do the drive thru on our visit - it was to enjoy the inside experience! This location is smaller in space than the Southside restaurant. There is nice table seating but realize it can easily get crowded quickly - I would guess mostly at lunchtime. Overall, counter and beverage/pastry prep area where you place orders is clean, organized, and though there area less choices on the pastry side verses the larger restaurant, they still have much of the great stuff here. I'll also give kudos on how the servers and prep team work hard to keep the restaurant clean and organized. I rarely take pictures of restrooms but even with a lunchtime rush on a Sunday, they still managed to keep the restrooms pretty clean and great in appearance. The cashier and servers were outstanding in their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and checking up on us occasionally. They took care of us when we had a couple of special needs as well. Being familiar with this restaurant, I knew exactly what danish I wanted. I took the blueberry cheesecake danish and my Dearest chose a pistachio danish. Those who visit Le Petit Paris MUST get a pastry when they visit! I think the cookies and pastries here are the best in JAX! And get the chocolate mocha latte with it! For the sandwich, I chose the steak sandwich. The dressing on this sandwich was incredibly good - I loved it overall. I will say one thing though - the baguette is difficult to chew and with relatively chewy steak, though delicious, it can be a battle chewing the food. I won't score down because this is the normal way the sandwich is created. However, I would only recommend that a sour dough option would be more visible on the menu, or inform people of this option when they order this particular sandwich or other baguettes. But there were zero issues with the salmon quiche! It was amazing!! Rich in flavor and a nice healthy serving. We have leftovers on both of these meals.
