Chris received a $17,000 estimate from the dealer to replace the entire system, which was pretty shocking. Instead of stopping there, he went above and beyond to find a specialized vendor who could repair the system, saving me an enormous amount of money. He also handled all the coordination with the vendor and oversaw getting everything reinstalled and working properly, which made the whole process seamless on my end. Throughout it all, Chris kept me informed every step of the way. His communication and follow-through were excellent, and I always felt taken care of. This came after a disappointing experience with my previous mechanic of six years, who offered no real solutions and treated me poorly despite my loyalty. Needless to say, my loyalty has now shifted. When I dropped off my car, I was told it would be ready around 12:30-1:00 p.m. and that I'd receive a call when it was done. I decided to stick around the area. At 1:00 p.m., after waiting two hours, I walked back to check on the status and found that they hadn't even started working on my car. When I told them I was leaving, the employee suddenly asked if I could wait another 10-15 minutes because he could "start it now". So frustrating. My scheduled appointment meant absolutely nothing until I complained and I was not interested in a rushed oil change... If your business can't honor appointment times, don't offer appointments. Respect your customers' time. I would not recommend taking your business here. I certainly won't be back.

I needed to install aftermarket wheels and new tires and provided the parts I have and he immediately came up with solutions and pricing when I asked. I was worried about other shops damaging the face of my new wheels but Kia ensured it was done properly. At the time of appointment, Kia took in my car and provided me with updates when he ran into issues over the phone and had possible solutions to provide right away. Browsed yelp and Autotek seemed worth checking out. Was set up pretty quick and brought my car in for an oil change. The spot is located in a quiet industrial lot across from a lawned public park, and coincidentally unbeknownst to me.. I had thought the lot looked familiar when I drove in because Autotek is neighbors with where I get my smog checks. I think my car has found its family . Got to meet Peter, the manager. He was very cool and cordial. He's got jokes too. Pricing is about what you'd find anywhere else nearby--the oil is good. Service was as clean and quick as expected of professionals. About a week later, I even received a thank you card from Autotek. Super service! PS. I didn't get to meet the dog in the photos though. Hopefully next time.
