I needed a few things done but could not drive it to an auto shop because the tires were flat. I contacted Muhammad via his website message platform and he responded right away. The storms hit and dislodged a bunch of pot holes around Alameda - unfortunately I hit one hard on NYE causing a flat tire on my poor Tesla Model S. Mohammed was a life saver - responded quickly and came out on New Year's Day. Since it was a holiday he didn't have access to his truck - but he did what he could to troubleshoot and came out again the next day (twice) to ensure the tire was no longer leaking air at no additional fee. Fleet Auto Care was great, and they got me out of a really serious bind! Somebody tried to steal my car on a Saturday night, and I found out Sunday morning. The ignition lock cylinder (where you put in the key to start your car) was mangled so badly that I couldn't even put my key in, let alone start my car! The part had to be replaced. After calling around I finally spoke with Muhammad. He was able to send someone out that afternoon. They even went to the auto parts store to pick up the replacement part on their way to my building. I was able to drive my car again by dinner time. Excellent service for a suddenly flat tire. Mohammed had my Bolt EUV tire in stock, which was shocking but such a relief. It cost $250 for the fire and to have him come out and change the tire for me right away but the alternative was to be towed by AAA to a garage that was closed and wait for the next day.
