I used to drive to Arlington for my pedicures because I loved the girl that did my toes. Unfortunately she went to a new nail salon and I can't seem to find her anymore so I was pretty sad having to find a new person. Since arlington was a drive, I figured I would try and find someone closer to home. I happened to be in the area and took a chance at a new spot. The nail salon is pretty big inside and there are plenty of spots. I really enjoyed my experience. It was pretty empty for a Friday so I was happy that I didn't have to wait. Jess did my toes and took her time which I appreciated. The prices were fair and the interior was very clean. I will definitely be returning and asking for Jess. read more

If I could do a 0 I would !!! Leaving this review won't get me my time or money back but I hope someone sees it and saves their money. They OVERCHARGE. The way they get you is they don't have a set price so at the end they just add random UNNECESSARY charges. They took almost 3 hours for short FRENT tip. I saw a girl ask for a drink and didn't get it til her service was almost over. So unprofessional! read more

DO NOT WASTE UR $! For starters I had a basic french tip set , they did NOT fill in the tips all the way and I can see completely through the nail. I paid for a heart design on One nail they charged me 15$ my nails ended up being 100$ I told her I didn't like them she didn't even want to give me a discount! My gf got a longer set one color and two flowers design, the lady redid it 3 times and still wasn't right. Then we left and are nails didn't even dry. Won't ever come back here. I hope they shut y'all down. read more

I always have such a great experience at M Nail Bar. Ve has been my favorite nail tech for the past 4-5 years, consistently providing excellent service. The salon is always clean and professional, and the drinks are a delightful bonus. LuLu also deserves a special mention for her meticulous pedicures and fantastic service. Me and my sister went in for a full set and they told us they don't have anyone to do our nails. They said everyone is on vacation. SMH they are rude and they are way over priced and if you go for a certain design don't even waist your time. They can't ever do what you ask for. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! read more

They have tons of parking, i never have to wait, they accept walk ins and appointments, they do all kinds of nails including nail art, it doesn't stink or have a chemical smell, it's spacious and never crowded, they have two large and very clean bathrooms for clients, complimentary cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks with services, prices aren't sky high, ALL of the nail techs are skilled at their specialties and the music isn't boring. read more

Have passed this Nail Bar a few times and finally decided to give it a try based off of the reviews. I walked in and they immediately had me seated and picking out my color. I showed them a reference picture and they made it happen (although it took a couple of people to get the stripes)! Took a little over 1 hour to complete. Staff was nice and friendly! Will definitely be coming back in a couple of weeks. read more

Walked in for a gel pedicure. Wait time was 30 minutes. I wasn't pressed for time, so the wait was no issue. Reception was kind and offered me something to drink. My 2 star rating is specifically for the pedicure. The service I received was not $60 worth. First, I had to tell the tech twice to cut my toe nails shorter. Second, I had to ask twice for the water temp to be adjusted; it was scalding hot - like steaming hot. Third, her messages were painful and made my toe cramp. Skip this place. This used to be my go to place when I moved to my new apartment. As long as I went to my go to people I knew I would leave happy (even though it took longer than other places at times) . There have been some missed where the nail technician did weird techniques that ended up causing my dip to chip and break. I've also heard bad things from my sister and friends who have gone. After a while I just felt like I wasn't getting anything that stood out from other nail bars. Since the prices are the same at other places I ended up choosing a different location that was a bit more consistent. I would still go back but only if there isn't availability at my the place I go to now and only if I can get the technicians that I can expect to do a good job. read more

This was a birthday present from wonderful friend! This was our first time there. We went for pedicures and had a reservation for 11:30am. I would suggest asking for the best nail/pedicure artist when checking in if you've never been there before. The place is nice. It wasn't busy at all. We checked in with the cashier attendant. We asked for the M-pedicure. A female worker with short hair approached me and asked me to pick a color from the wall. She stood there with me and watched me as I was looking for a color. Once done, she asked me to sit at the first pedicure chair. I told her I was with someone and wanted to sit with him and not by myself. She seemed kind of annoyed by that. I didn't get her name, but I do NOT recommend her. I got the gel polish #606. She was filing my skin and poked me with the sharp nail scissors! So painful! The right big toe at the bottom was not painted smoothly and even. I have no idea why my big toe looks like that. It has never looked like that before! The massage chair was nice and I enjoyed it. They will try and upsell you. Again, this was my birthday present from my friend, so I didn't take any upgrades. My friend got better service than I did. His technician's name was Leanne with long red hair. She was very nice to him and he even got a manicure. They offer a complimentary cocktail drink which was awesome! I got the Sunrise something drink. The drink was pretty good. Overall, the experience was fine and I was super grateful and excited to receive this gift! read more

Highly overpriced for less than mediocre work. They charge extra for certain things, and then don't even correctly do those things. I asked for some water twice throughout the services, never received. The lady doing my feet either had the water too hot or straight icy. When I had to take my daughter to the restroom, she got visibly angry and started talking off in her language in what I can only imagine as complaints towards me bringing my child with me to get my nails done. While putting my flip flops on, she messed up the big toe polish and didn't bother to fix it even after noticing it. The guy doing my dip messed up the French... I didn't even know something as simple as a French dip could be jacked up. The shaping is off, the white is placed waay below the free edge. Definitely not returning, my day and my money has basically gone down the drain. 100% recommend others to not go here as well. read more

Worst experience in over 20 years of professional nail service. Started with the guy with blue hair adding acrylic to my nails and getting it everywhere. Some nails had really thick and others none. I asked for someone to correct it and after she did she put regular polish on my nails and not gel. The problem is they have NO method to dry nails here besides the gel lamp. They told me to let it dry for an hour. I asked for a manager and no one took accountability. Pic below of how I walked out. DO NOT come here! Beautiful salon but awful service. read more

At first, I was satisfied with this salon and my nail tech. I was pregnant when I found this salon. I made a appointment and I forgot about it because I was literally 9 months pregnant and had a lot going on. Unfortunately I was not aware of the no call no show policy because nobody EVER mentioned it and when I showed up a few days later not even realizing I didn't show up for my appointment, the nail tech refused to do my nails. In my eyes, that's terrible customer service. You should tell your customers up front about the policy or at least could've given me a warning. Especially when it was a mistake and I was pregnant!!!‼ p.s. I found a better place anyways so thanks M nail bar! read more

NEVER GO HERE! I paid $80 for a pedicure with gel polish and my nails were chipped a week later! I went up there to get them fixed and J was very polite but they told me because it had been a week I would have to pay AGAIN! But everyone knows GEL POLISH SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE THIS IN A WEEK! June, 2020: REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a gel manicure & pedicure in May that did not set right. I went back and Ryan re-did my nails and said to let him know when I came back and he would do a pedicure for me for free. I didn't love having to go back and have my nails redone, but okay. I called the store when I was ready to have my nails done again and guess what - Ryan could not remember having told me about the pedicure. He said he puts notes in customer's profiles so he won't forget and (you guessed it) he said there were no notes in my profile. That's MY problem? Wow. After explaining to him three times what had happened, I finally just said, "So the bottom line is you are not going to honor what you told me, correct?" Ryan just said no. There are too many nail salons competing for business honestly to deal with one that doesn't honor their commitments.Steer clear of this place. read more

The spa…read moreis open format so no curtains or privacy which is generally fine, though a lower value concept. I asked the facialist to utilize a hydrating and anti-aging strategy. The facial began well, with lavender scents and some shoulder massaging. After the first couple serums, however, the process took a turn for the worse. After each treatment, the facialist would excuse himself to go to a back room. After a while I would open my eyes and wonder where this person went. Then about 30 minutes into this stop and go treatment, the facialist puts a cooling mask on me says he has to go wash dishes and will be back again. Let's play this through. He's about to go wash dirty dishes of some kind and then come back and touch my face? I don't think so. Further, if I wanted a 20 minute mask treatment, I can do that at home. I come to facial appointments for the skin manipulation, massage, steam, serums, etc. not for a person to spend the majority of the appointment in a back room while I'm out marinating in a bull pen. It's clear by the empty room that this sentiment must be shared by others. There are plenty of facial spas out there that offer much more attentive and individualized services at the same price point. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Kathryn gave my son a facial specifically targeted for kids.. it's never too early to care about your skin!
