I definitely will return to try another type. As many reviews stated , they are very organized and clean. It doesn't look like they cut corners. All the oils and rubs promised in my package were provided. I wish I could have done the full leg pedicure based on my little foot massage. Also they are very attentive to how you like things to be done. I honestly can't complain and can only recommend that you make an appointment before you come.

Now they've got a steady stream of loyal patrons ans needless to say that comes with some drawbacks. The service is decent and the prices are reasonable. A fill in will cost you about $15 and a brand new set appears to be about $20- $22. I've always had my nails natural so I'm not sure. Gel polish is about $22 with its filling coming in at about $17. Pedi/mani for women $15, men about $22. There are about 6 pedi chairs with the massage feature and about 8/9 chairs for manis. There are two drying stations each with about 4 chairs. There are couches for waiting patrons, bathroom is decent and they also have private rooms for waxing , eyelashes, and massages. I don't trust them with my eyebrows , strictly nails. The owner Ashley and her husband are a team who could be in their early thirties, they collect the money and are the first two chairs. He's pretty laid back while she barks orders and can be very forceful to the point of annoyance. Nancy is who I see. She takes her time and does quality work. I often bring some of my own products.

Especially when trying to get it removed they properly cleaned my eyelashes before putting a new set on. I went two weeks before and the guy there did my eyelashes and instead of using the removal, he ripped off the eyelashes and when i checked my phone, it was a bunch of dirt and stuff and i asked him if i can get up and go clean it off and he said there's nothing there and started to put the new eyelash on it was fine but about 4-5 days my left eyelash was starting to come loose. Today I came in to get it removed and hopes for a new set which was $38 which is fine, but sad to say I won't be coming back to do eyelashes anymore. He applied way too much glue to them to the point i was in pain trying to get it removed. My eyes after it was done, was all red it looked like i was crying. Long story short, I lost majority of my natural lashes and now have to wait in hopes that'll it grow back.

She kept applying and removing layer after layer sometimes four coats at a time; while having me put my hands under the drying light. She continually switched between colors, trying black, white, and pink, but for some reason, couldn't get it right. By the next day, my nails had already chipped. I returned, hoping the manager would fix them, but he insisted the same technician redo my manicure. Despite her efforts, my nails chipped again the following day. I won't be coming back what a waste of $30.
