They suck plain and simple nail techs do a sloppy job and rush you out . I just came out and had to file my own nails that are so thick after complaining suddenly tech don't understand English . They take things personal. I was going there every two weeks and I stopped but then started coming back and they started doubling the prices on me. Please tell me how I get sns powder and feet done it came up to $93 my own nails and everything but another time they did the same, I got overlay and feet done it came up to $86 again my real own nails. When I was getting the tip and feet done plus design and eyebrows done plus chin it would only come up $56 now I get simple shit prices are up. Tina is full of shit. I've been coming to this salon for about 3 yrs now since I moved into the neighborhood. When I first started the salon was brand new and they were practically begging you to come in. Now they've got a steady stream of loyal patrons ans needless to say that comes with some drawbacks. The service is decent and the prices are reasonable. A fill in will cost you about $15 and a brand new set appears to be about $20- $22. I've always had my nails natural so I'm not sure. Gel polish is about $22 with its filling coming in at about $17. Pedi/mani for women $15, men about $22. There are about 6 pedi chairs with the massage feature and about 8/9 chairs for manis. There are two drying stations each with about 4 chairs. There are couches for waiting patrons, bathroom is decent and they also have private rooms for waxing , eyelashes, and massages. I don't trust them with my eyebrows , strictly nails. The owner Ashley and her husband are a team who could be in their early thirties, they collect the money and are the first two chairs. He's pretty laid back while she barks orders and can be very forceful to the point of annoyance. Nancy is who I see. She takes her time and does quality work. Visited this salon for the first time last week and unfortunately I will need to continue my search for "my go-to-salon". Started off great, walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was seated right away. The nail tech (didn't get her name) greeted me. Now I do understnd that they need to try to upsell their services to bring in some money but if I keep saying no to getting Gel, no to a wax, no to a pedicure...stop asking!!! Unless you are going to be paying out of your pocket for it. After i delined gel for the third time she tells me that I should pick another color because "it won't go nice"...again are you paying?? And she left globs of arylic under at least 3 nails which is not attractive. Not a good experience.. I spent over $50 and my nails look terrible. Bumpy, bubbles and streaks... On top of the fact they rush the job. Never coming back here. The gentleman that did my nail in the second chair is not very polite. Very nonchalant. Be aware he made me wait 30 for a polish change right after he did my full set, like why didn't he do it right after my nails. I love this place! I only here to get my nails done but that's a personal thing. Go to Suki! She is the perfect amount of rough and gentle all in one. She also gives great hand massages. I know my feet were an emergency when I went in but I left with them feel baby bottom smooth and looking it too. Their prices are reasonable and their massage chairs are a plus. Oh, and a major plus is that they are truthful. They will tell you if your nails are too weak for acrylic or if a regular manicure will last on your nails, etc. Go there, you all! I went to the nails salon yesterday and had to get a refill ....a REFILL the nails rep was very nice but you could tell didn't know what she was doing she misshaped my nails and then burned my pinky i was there for a whole hour to have dis-formed nails and the owner Linda then advised me to go back and she would fix it for me the next morning at 10 am i said i couldn't because of work she then told me to come in to fix my nails at 11 am its was 1:30 pm and she still hadn't arrived i then told her . i just wanted a refund she then said that she had told i could fix it yesterday and she was going to refund me my money !! frustrated i said wait i have to walk around with f**ed up nails she then scream at me saying i had to leave her store and she was going to call the police on me ! and the her nice rep the one that messed up my nails was going to redo them and then she tells the rep to tell me i have 5 mins to leave her store before she calls the police on me !!!! i have never felt so ashamed and embarrassed!!! i will never give this place my money again!!! disgusting behavior !!!! read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years. I loved Nancy. We. All the old staff quit and they have new ppl. "John" did my nails. He started out ok and pleasant. He cut my tips crooked, then told me it was "my fingers". I had to file them. I asked for a glitter gel nail, I always get 2. He brought out the wrong color. When I pointed it out he said "I can't find that one, we don't have it". So he's picking out one???????? I asked him to please look again and I picked out a different one in case. He was rushing me waving his hands like he was shooing me. 5x he said go was your hands. So yeah I asked him who did he think he was talking to? Can't talk to me any kinda way. No tip no design cause he said it was more money and I wasn't giving him or that salon another penny of my money. Off to find another salon. Oh and they messed up someone's eyelashes real bad and her daughter brought her back to have them fix them and they ignored her too. FYI read more
