In a word, you can trust him. On a road trip from Texas to Wisconsin, my 2002 Suburban broke down on the interstate not far from Don's shop. County Brake towed my vehicle and resolved multiple issues stemming from a wire short (probably the result of a previous repair not quite done correctly). Don put his top mechanic on it and methodically worked through each system impacted by the short. The impacts were extensive, time consuming, and costly, but each system was tested, each solution verified with me before repair, and only performed because it was necessary to get me back on the road. I was really in a position where Don could have taken advantage of my vulnerability of being stranded, but what I experienced instead was quality work, care for my well being, flexibility, superb communication, and extra diligence to make my vehicle reliable. He even gave me a significant discount to help offset the circumstances I was in. I am grateful to have found this shop and it hit all the high notes of what I look for in a repair shop.
