The guy told me they wouldn't be able to get to me for at least 3-4 hours but then managed to squeeze me in as a favor. Before even looking at the tire he tries to sell me a new one. After going outside to look at it, he came back in and said they are good year tires and the good year place is down the road, and actually pointed in the direction of the Goodyear. He then tried to sell me a brand new tire (Again without even looking to see if it was repairable) when I said I wouldn't buy a new tire because mine are only 2 months old. He said they probably wouldn't be able to patch it (again, didn't look at the tire) so what would be my plan since I wasn't buying a new one. I said can you please just look at it and see if it can be patched. He agreed to take it back and about 15 minutes later said it couldn't be patched and they would put the donut in my trunk on for a fee. I agreed to this. When I left I drove the 30 minutes closer to my home and went to a different tire center where they said it was 100% patchable and patched it for free and put it back on. This Firestone location was unwilling to help before they even started. having a flat tire is already frustrating and once they figured out I wouldn't be buying a new tire from them were very dismissive.
