Mabel keeps an eye on the place.

I need another tee shirt like I need a hole in my boat, but I'd bail water to sport the adorable shirt from Mabel for two reasons: 1. the drawing of the titular Mabel (1906-1994) on the back of the shirt is adorable and who wouldn't want to rep such sweetness, and 2. this place deserves all the public acclaim! Truly a neighborhood spot, the service is friendly in a genuine way, the chai SPICY, and the orange hazelnut danish left no crumbs, both figuratively and literally. Mabel rocks.

We stopped by to recharge with some coffee. It's a local spot tucked away in a residential area. Street parking was free, and the staff were super friendly. There's plenty of seating, which was nice. They had a seasonal coffee menu, and I tried the salty honey lavender mocha--so good! I was surprised to see bulletproof coffee on the menu too, it was my first time seeing that at a café. Coffee was great, and I'll definitely be back!

This was a cute little shop! They have a big seating area in the back with lots of options from armchairs to regular tables. The staff were very polite and attentive. I asked for their recommendation between 2-3 drinks and they gave me a well thought out but honest recommendation. The chai I had was pretty good but not well stirred and they didn't have any stir sticks on hand so that was the only real negative. I noticed they had area AC machines and fans, so it was a bit warmer in there. I picked a spot by the door AC and fan so I was fine to sit and read for a bit. Quirky and fun neighborhood spot!

Good coffee, good service, nice customers, pleasant ambiance. That beautiful dog waiting outside is named Daisy, I told her owner that she had a happy face and he replied that Happy was her original name.

Just moved into a new place near loyal heights and hadn't un boxed my coffee pot so I decided to walk the dog and grab a cup of joe at a local spot. I found Mabel via Yelp and it was just what I needed. I got a 16 oz drip, they had 2 different options and I went for the medium. A nice touch that I liked is that they have a jar that you can put cash in to get a drip if the line is busy. I will be back!

I love going to Mabel to get their drip coffee, but sometimes I indulge in a butter coffee or a mocha using real cocoa powder.

Everything we ordered was delicious, and the drinks were super unique and incredibly smooth. But I NEED to talk about the rose cookie. I have literally been dreaming about it. No exaggeration. It was that good. Perfectly delicate, fragrant, and memorable in a way that makes you immediately want another one. The service was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the food and drinks were outstanding. Truly such an incredible spot and I'm already looking forward to going back. There was also a special Makeworth espresso shot that tasted like watermelon SO unique, do try it if you're into adventurous espresso!

Both were ready pretty quickly. The chai was spicy and not too sweet which I really liked. The egg sandwich was yummy too. Thick egg filling, with the chili sauce went well together. Pickles were a little too salty for me especially just to eat on the side. I guess you could put it inside the sandwich? But still, quite salty. Service was super friendly and welcoming, would definitely come again to try more of their seasonal drinks and food. A cocktail here sounds interesting as well!

Staff were very kind and the service was very quick considering how many people were in line. I tried one of their white teas and it was delicious. I'm not a tea connoisseur but you could really taste all of the flavors in the description of the tea. It was very light. I definitely want to come back to try other teas. I really like the ambiance/design of the place. There are many seats for people to study and/or hang out. It was super busy on a Saturday though and we barely were able to get a seat inside. We walked by Victrola Coffee Roasters, and were quite excited for their unique theme. The interior was quite interesting as expected. There were patrons sitting all over the cafe and we assumed it would be a great experience. I ordered their honey lavender latte in their smallest iced size and an oatmeal cookie. The baristas made my drink and had forgotten my cookie, so we had to ask for it. The rating comes from the drink itself. I think I revived about 70% milk and ice. I couldn't taste the coffee at all. When I asked my partner, he said it didn't taste like coffee either. I could also barely taste the honey lavender in it. Generally, my coffee is always strong or too sugary. It's been a while since I've had a drink like this. The cookie was also odd. I was very disappointed. Overall, everything about it was not the best. Just okay.
