Took about 15 minutes total from when I got there, including a little extra thing he said he has to do anytime he changes a battery. And, unlike everything else these days, they don't ask for a tip when you check out, although you would think they could/would since they do actually perform a service for you.

About an hour after I dropped the car off, I got a call and they said my car took an extra quart of oil and used a filter they don't keep in stock, so the price would be $27.92. I had a tight schedule and needed the car back so I let them do it for the higher price. Seems like a big price difference to me. Bait and switch? Also the guy at the counter was kind of gruff. I won't be going back.
