Customer service needs an overhaul. Voice recording says go karts open at 11am on a Fridays. We even called to verify they would be open at 11am on Friday. We were told yes. We arrive at 11am and were told the go karts will open at 2pm. We were given no apology and it was evident the staff could case less. We were advised to bowl for 3 hours. We ended up doing the arcade and mini golf to kill time spending over $100. We then proceed to the go karts at 2pm and were told they needed time to set up everything and it would be around 2:30. We were very disappointed that the waiting time for bowling was five hours but nevertheless we tried to make the best of our time there. We bought 50 dollar of tokens and had a great time . Unfortunately when it was time for us to leave we experience very rude customer service by Skyler . She threw a tantrum because we failed to notify her that our food was to go . Couldn't believe that you pay by the hour instead of by the game! A friend and I went bowling, purchased an "hour" of bowling only to have the lane automatically shut down halfway through our 3rd game! This really was bad for my friend who was having the best game of their bowling history! Go back to charging by the game!! And let people pay after they have completed their bowling! read more

My grandparents and I went today. We had a lot of fun and it was very nice. The food wasn't great but the service was good.

This place is total garbage. Our bowling late shut down three times in the middle of our game, even tho we payed for the certain amount of time. Our food took over an hour to get to us, it was cold and wrong! They never even brought out our appetizer and still charged us for it. The only thing that's half way decent about this place is the fact that the food isn't insanely over priced. Our server took our card so we could start a tab and continue to get pitchers of beer but then we were told that we couldn't put it on our tabs and the pitchers had to be put on a different card. Also, while at the bowling lanes, no matter how many times you call for a server to come to your lane, you'll never get one. We tried like six times and never got one. Great place to chill with the family . A little something for everyone. The food is good as well. My daughters love the white cheese pizza . And I find the wings to. R pretty tasty as well . Just be mindful of his busy they are before you sit on the bar side to eat . If they get busy they tend to have slow service. Little tip go to the front concessions stand . They serve the same stuff as the sit down side and you don't have to wait for refills and such . That being said . It's a great place to take the family to have some quality fun . read more

As far as amusement places go its a bit expensive but it can be an all day event for you and the kids here. They have renocated some of the games and made it alittle more interactive for parents as well. Full bowling alley golf course go cart course and full restuarant. Took the family out for pizza and games. I don't feel like the prices are too bad, it is a little expensive but within the budget we set. The dining experience was a little different though, you walk through the gaming area towards the back where you grab your own menus and seat yourself. We had written down all we wanted and took it to the bar who placed our order. They gave us a buzzer which went off when it was ready, the food came out in a good timely manner. Following dinner, we loaded money onto cards to swipe to play games. It seemed like $10 let's you play several games, and you can earn tickets which are loaded back onto your card to redeem for rewards. Overall this was a great pleasant experience. The girl that helped me (Suelle??) was super sweet and knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and made the experience of the ropes course addition MUCH less stressful for me (I'm afraid of heights ). I would definitely recommend bringing your entire family here. It's such a great environment with enough to do for everyone. There's even a separate bar area where the adults can drink and play pool. All in all it's worth the money you spend there to get the kids out of your hair for a couple hours! read more

The restaurant within Mac Daddy's serves delicious food. One of my favorites is their Cobb salad. I like mine with fried chicken chunks and bleu cheese dressing. Daily specials include ribs, roast beef, and wings. It is an action- filled place with bowling, a huge arcade, mini- golf, golf range, batting cages, and a motor speedway. Pretty cool place with a number of things to offer such as batting cages, driving range, arcade, and mini golf. We came on a Thursday so they had $3 pitchers which is awesome for the adults. Our group was a mixture of kids and adults and both parties had a blast in the arcade. It's fairly easy to rack up tickets in the arcades to cash in. Oh and prizes that you get for your tickets were nice also. One of the kids chose a lava lamp with some of his tickets. We also played miniature golf which was cool. There we're a number of pesky mosquitos in certain areas of the course that ate us up! So I would suggestion wearing some type of repellent. My girlfriends 5 year old son is scheduled to have his birthday party here today. The manager did not have the decency to inform her that there will be a Zombie walk for autism at the same time. who does that? What kind of company doesn't inform the parents?! I am horrified. My children are 3 and 1. Most of the people have children under 5. They apparently were not apologetic. They also only offered a 10% discount? St. Patrick's Day weekend and this place is packed = Soda syrup and CO2 are empty. The place is so loud, ALEXIS refuses to walk around the table to take our orders!!! 1) we waited AT LEAST 45 minutes for food 2) the food wasn't worth the price(or good for that matter), I would have been more satisfied with taco bell. 3) the "arcade section" was ok.. My daughter enjoyed it but I think some of the games are over priced. 4) the prize selection for your ticket winnings is a joke. I will say if you need something to do with your kids, they seem to enjoy it, just don't eat there and prepare to have a pricey ticket to play some games. read more

My boys go here for kids bowling leauge every Saturday. Coaches are great the kids have learned a lot. They play 3 games each and they compete to improve there score not so much to beat other kids. Very happy to have found this for them to do. read more

I really need rate or review Mac Daddy's two different ways, sports bar as one and entertainment center as another. Since I can't, I give them a kind four star. Entertainment is fives all the way. There is something for everyone, from bowling to video games to go karts to golf. The sports bar side has let down the last two visits. Food has been great, but service does miss the mark. Wait staff at times appear lost, no refills of drinks and seating isn't great. A lot of wasted space imo that could make this part of the experience better. My biggest pet peeve of both visits is if you are with a party of size, the food doesn't come out as a group, rather as ticket orders within that group. Serve all at one time. Overall I had a great time. Went here with family and we had a blast. I didn't really play much at the arcade but all of the kids seemed to enjoy it. The Go Carts were pretty good. The mini golf was fun as well. Everything was reasonably priced. However; the online menus promised a 49¢ wing special, but apparently that was bogus because they don't start specials till after Labor Day. Don't go for food. The food is mediocre and the wait on the food is RIDICULOUS. 30 minutes for some cheese fries. They sat in the window for five before the woman turned around to get them. I got the buffalo wings. Which turned out to just be legs. So maybe they should just advertise buffalo legs. We had to ask for drink refills. Not a bad place. It has what it's supposed to. Family Touring the area. (12/28/17) Don't bother coming here, worst customer service from the assistant floor manager. Used a coupon from their visitor coast Pamphlet: buy 2 games, get one free. Went inside and bought exactly what was advertised. In the middle of bowling a game and a half in: the game shuts off. I go and speak to, apparently the red haired floor assistant manager at the time. I expressed to her that my 64 year old mother and my 6 year old is bowling at last lane and the game stopped for some reason. She explained that in order for a 3rd game to be free, each person must buy 2 games each, total of 6. I expressed that wasn't what was advertised (showing coupon) and that I asked to speak to a Manager. She informed me that she's the assistant floor manager and since we didn't "pay" for the game properly, the game stopped. At this point, I told her we are tourist here visiting, and we abide by what was advertised by your company. I informed her that if you're coupon says buy 2, a 3rd game is free, regardless, the game shouldn't shut off in the middle of bowling, to at least let my mother and my 6 yo finish bowling. And common sense would honor the coupon you advertised. It wasn't explained in your ad nor explained while we were paying. She gave me a RBF face and repeated that "in order for a 3rd game to be free, we needed to pay for 4 games - totaling 6." (Seriously?!?! My 64 yo mother was so confused along with my 6 year old)...I walked away disappointed at the lack of empathy and embarrassed that they don't train their staff about customer service. I can't wait until another bowling company open in this area!) My son wanted to enjoy a day of bowling with the family and Mac Daddy's was the only game in town. It has been a while since we had a bowling outing so when we found out there was a separate area for families to bowl we were ecstatic. Bumper bowling for our toddler, comfortable seating, and food / apps brought right up to you while you bowl made for a very memorable experience. My husband and I went here to go bowling today while n vacation, they put us on lane 22, we constantly had problems with the balls not returning to us, we had to stop playing and go tell them about the problem so they could fix it, this happened right many times and when the balls came back they were covered in oil, asked if we could change lanes and the guy said that all the balls came back like that, so with that being said we asked to speak to the manager, and that was a mistake because he was a pure jerk, so we left and will never go back. Went there for my first time since I moved to the area and wanted to say how rude the employees are. When we were paying for our bowling, we had a group of 7 and wanted to split payments, the employee ringing us up rolled her eyes and had an attitude about it. We then went to the bar to get pitchers and we "weren't" allowed to get the beer we wanted after they already poured it. We could only get certain beers on draft. I have to say though the food is good and if your really wanting an awesome service while dinning go in and request for Jody. That girl is on her a game. She loves to joke and laugh with you very attentive to your needs and is very welcoming with your kid's. She spoiled us and we love having her as our server. The worst bowling place I've ever been to. We came to visit my military son and hang out for an evening. We paid for VIP lane that came with wait staff. They were short handed so that didn't happen. After 20 minutes into our hour of bowling the lane stopped working. After waiting 30 minutes for them to try and fix it they decided they couldn't and wanted to move us to the regular lanes all the while the lane next to ours has been empty the whole time!! I go to just get a refund because I'm over it and they want to only give me back for the thirty minutes I missed. Horrible costumer service!! read more

Would give no stars if that was a thing. Went with my husband & 2 kids to eat & bowl. Waited OVER AN HOUR for our cold food to arrive. Server brought our wings out at the same time as our meals. Also cold. While we waited an hour for our food, no offers to refill our empty drinks, apologies, or any interaction with our server. We did, however, chat with a woman at a neighboring table- they brought out her check BEFORE her food! Ridiculous. One thing was brought out sooner, at least- my son's meal (chicken tender appetizer basket). I ordered it right when we ordered our drinks, and asked her to bring it out as soon as it was ready. 45 minutes later, THAT arrived, but no silverware. (He prefers them cut, and eats with a fork). We asked for silverware, she brought one roll. When, after an hour, our food arrived, I asked if we could please have some silverware. Our server said, "you have one". ONE?! I replied, "there's four of us - I really don't want to share- can we have 3 more?" Were we seriously expected to take turns using THE fork?! To top it all off, my FOOD WAS SPOILED. Yup- RANCID. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Came with a tiny bit of salsa & sour cream in the plate, so I asked the server for more. She delivers them to me in covered tiny plastic cups (the kind you'd squirt ketchup into if you were taking it to go at some fast food restaurants). There was writing on the lids with sharpie- I didn't pay attention to it, figured it was just how they labeled their stuff. So I put sour cream and salsa on top of my quesadilla, then take a big bite. OMG. It's SPOILED. SO GROSS. In my entire life, I've never been served spoiled food in a restaurant. Ever. I smell the salsa- spoiled. Smell the sour cream- spoiled. Look at the lids...one says 7/23 the other says 7/27. It's 7/30. So I looked at the other containers on the table (ranch & blue cheese dressings from the cold wings). They say 8/2 & 8/3. I called my server over, asked her to take away my spoiled food & send over a manager. The guy who was spraying bowling shoes comes over and I told him that I'm having a horrible experience: we waited for an hour, then food came out all at once and cold...and that I think my food was spoiled. So I ask him- the "manager"- what these numbers mean on the lids. He says, "oh- that's when those were made!" I explained that it can't be, and he insisted it was. So I show him the dressings that were labeled 8/2 & 8/3. "Either these are almost a year old then, or someone time travelled to make them- that's next week", I said. Then I showed him the covers dated LAST week that were given to me, and explained that I consumed them, and they were, in fact, spoiled. He voided out our bill, so I didn't pay for this horrific experience, but I'm sorry - that's craziness. Like, call the department of health craziness. Whatever you do- DON'T EAT THE FOOD! read more
