AMAZING. I had a logic board issue with my m1 MacBook and had taken it to two other places, both which were unable to fix it. I pretty much lost all hope especially with my data not being backed up. I looked in the LA area and found Mac EZPC as my last shot to try to get it fixed. Drove two hours just to try them out and it was well worth it. Not only did Christian fix the issue with all my data recovered but it only took 24 hours! I hope I don't need to go back but if I do, I will NOT hesitate to take it here and will tell everyone I know to bypass all the other shops and go straight here. I came with my M1 macbook pro that all of a sudden stopped charging, and it was a crisis as all my work is on the laptop. I went to a few labs around LA, as well to Apple Care, and NONE of them could help me out..it was nerve wracking and I had a few clients on the line waiting on files. One of the labs said the Mac EzPz will do what anyone else couldn't do..i went there immediately, and in 2 days they fixed my macbook pro like nothing happened, and could keep all my data. i Took two computers in and I was promised good communication and fast service. The communications was poor, I had to reach out to find out that they were waiting on the order. I was hoping it would be faster but at minimum good communication on the status. I called and then I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. They didn't call me back. I had to call again. its a lot is $$ for no communication. read more

I had a terrible experience with them. The screen on my Mac was broken and I needed to get a new one. I bought a screen from them and it was explained to me that it came with a 6 month guarantee which was critical for me buying the replacement part. Two months later, the replacement screen started malfunctioning. There was no physical damage to the screen whatsoever and it was clearly internal. I went back to them to troubleshoot and they gave me a million different slimy and slippery excuses as to why the guarantee didn't cover a screen they sold and replaced for me. I'm sure other people have had their own experiences which are positive but I would be highly suspicious if you are buying any new parts or replacements about their guarantee which feels after the fact like nothing more than a deceitful sales tactic. read more
