Jeep Grand Cherokee X, 2x4.

We had the pleasure of working with Eric Lee, he's knowledgeable about all the Products that Mac Haik sells. He was personable and just a joy to work with when buying our new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He also let us look at the new Jeep Compass cars and we noted since we already purchased a Jeep Renegade we were pretty sure we didn't need another small car. Everyone we met and worked with were very professional and so nice and informative.

We worked with Angel and James by phone after seeing a Grand Cherokee we were interested in and before driving in from San Antonio. Angel was very helpful, asked great questions and got everything worked out in advance. James confirmed our trade and the internet price. All in all, everything went smoothly and we are happy with our purchase. closing the financing process when buying a new car is usually so annoying. At this dealership, it was easy and quick. We highly recommend Mak Haik Jeep in Georgetown.

I am an out of state purchaser who purchased a 2024 F350 with ~9k miles on it. The buying process was easy quick and efficient but that is about the only positive feedback I have for this dealership. Being that I was buying remotely, I took the time to carefully review all the pictures and the walk around video of the truck that was posted to their website and even had set up a phone call to do a walkaround of the vehicle with the salesperson. I also took the time to archive these videos and photos in order to protect myself from what I thought was my biggest liability and that was shipping damage. Upon delivery of the vehicle I immediately noted from 40 feet away that the front wheels had significant damage all over the face of the wheels. I also took note that there was no temporary tag on the vehicle. He informed me that the vehicle was handed over to him with wheel damage and no tags and that he would contact his dispatcher to get me the pictures that were taken upon pick up. At the same time I also called the Pre-Owned car manager, Pierce Brown, and informed him that I thought the vehicle had been damaged in shipping and had opened a claim with the shipper and that I only had 24 hours to dispute any damages. I sent pictures of the damaged wheels to Pierce who agreed that "we definitely would have seen that" (see text message attached). I never received the pictures the following day as promised. I spent the next 5 days pressuring both the salesperson and Pierce for the pictures and was repeatedly assured that I would receive them the following day until I finally received one picture of one wheel from the sales person showing NO damage to the one wheel. Yet undenounced to the dealer I had received pictures from the shipper 4 days prior showing the damage was there at the time the vehicle was handed over to the shipper. At this point that I knew something was not adding up and I again continued to pressure them for pictures until I finally received a call from Pierce who informs me that he is reviewing the pictures and that its "possible" the damage was there prior to the shipper picking up the truck and he offers me a storyline that its possible that the pictures that were provided to me and for the website were taken prior to them actually being in possession of the vehicle and that the previous owner may have damaged it between the time they took the pictures and when they took possession of the vehicle and that they just "missed" the damage, contrary to his prior statement "we definitely would have seen that". This of course made no sense to me but he offered to talk to his manager about it and see what he could do. That was the last time I spoke to him and I have followed up 4 times with no response (see attached messages) and never received the pictures as promised other then two pictures showing no damage. This is where it got bad, the day after I received the Temp Tag I took the truck for a ride and noticed the steering wheel was off center and the vehicle was pulling to one side. I called the local Ford dealership and brought it in for a wheel alignment. While the vehicle was at the dealership the service advisor called me and said the Alignment was way off and asked me if I had ever been off roading with the truck or bottomed out the truck to which I replied no and that I had received the truck with the alignment being off. She further explained that the technician had noted that there was severe gouging to the front axle, steering assembly and air dam and that they had found numerous 6 inch sized rocks in the air dam and suspension components and that this damage had resulted in the alignment being "forced out". At this point, it is easy to draw the conclusion that the wheel damage happened during the same event that damaged the front air dam, axle and steering components. In conclusion, all evidence clearly shows one of two things happened here either the damage occurred while in their position and that they were just too incompetent to notice or this dealership was knowingly engaging in Consumer Fraud.

Do not take your vehicle here if you want it damaged while they are conducting service and doing test drive, they hold no liability. $100k truck and this is the damage because a rock hit the hood. Did not know until late this afternoon when this happened yesterday.

I'm a SUV guy, I like the look of the Tiguan and it was by far the best deal out there for a new car. After deciding that's what I wanted, I did my online search for the right dealership, and Hewlett blew their competition away imo - review wise, and inventory wise. Made the trip to Georgetown and was instantly greeted by Mark Bruce. I've done years of sales and customer service, so I know what to look for and what I want from a sales person. Mark was exactly it, not robotic, listening to my needs, not being salesy or reading a script. He showed me the cars that fit all my needs and I was in and out of there in 2.5 hours tops, with the perfect car for me. No games played, got me at the price point I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership, and working with Mark. Bonus - he threw in some free trunk accessories, and they tinted my windows a couple of weeks later as a service that's covered in the very affordable warranty. Thanks Mark!!!

He insisted on charging me $75 to "diagnose" it himself, only come back with the same information I had already told him. Total waste of money. Then he claimed two parts needed replacing - one of which had already been replaced recently. He brushed it off as "defective" and said he'd change it out so the check engine light would turn off. It didn't. Not even close. Next, he said I needed yet another part that I'd have to hunt down myself at a junkyard or eBay. When I asked him - the mechanic - to get the part, he reluctantly agreed, as if doing his actual job was a burden. I told him I would pick up my car at noon on Saturday. Instead, he shut the shop down early because "business was slow," even though their posted hours are 9-4. Then he told me to come on Sunday. On Sunday, he wouldn't even bother showing up and told me to just send him money through Cash App and take my car. Funny how that option magically wasn't available the day before. Days passed. No update. I contacted him - he fed me some story about waiting on a call from "the Ford guy." More days passed. I called again. The call disconnected right when I said who I was. He never responded to my follow-up message. Completely ghosted. So here I am: check engine light still on, problem still unresolved, and $250 gone for absolutely nothing. Great job, Jarrett. I'll never see you again - and that's a promise. And for anyone reading: take a hard look at the "five-star reviews." A bunch are from first-time reviewers and/or people who only had easy jobs done - like replacing headlights. Nothing major. Save your car, your wallet, and your sanity. Go somewhere else.

My wife saw Alan's and it was a relatively small lot, and I largely ignored it. However, after a couple of weeks of fruitless looking, she told me to at least stop and look. There were only a handful of cars on the lot, including a black Ford Fusion. As I was looking, Alan came out and asked if he could help. Told him what I was looking at, he asked if I wanted to drive it, got a copy of my driver's license, and I decided pretty quickly it was the car I wanted. I went back and Alan was inside with the carfax printed up and an invoice ready to go. I didn't do much negotiating as I felt the price was fair and he was putting his best foot forward. I called my bank and insurance company and got everything done while sitting in the office. Allix came and finished up the transaction with us. The process was incredibly smooth. I wish I didn't have to buy a car when I did but I am glad I bought it from them and will do business with them in the future.

This was not an issue when I drove in. I called Dorian again and he asked once again if I had time to go in. It is now almost 4pm. I was not about to go in for a 3rd time. The issue happened to be an ignition coil. This back-and-forth caused a significant inconvenience including work time lost, the cost of fuel and toll charges for the multiple back and forth trips and added stress driving a vehicle that was not performing reliably. I contacted manager Wayne and Luis for an inconvenience credit but since they fixed these parts w/no added charges to me, no credit was given but a free oil change on my next visit.
