My Honda CR-V battery died and I was unable to start the car which was parked in my garage. I took my truck to pick up a new battery. George provided advice on the best battery for the car. He then carried it out to my truck. He must have noticed the disabled veteran plates on the truck and asked if I was a veteran. When I replied affirmatively, he told me that Advance Auto Parts gave a military discount. He went back into the store and adjusted my receipt to give the discount. He then asked if I had someone to install the battery. When I said no, he volunteered to come to my house after work (on his own time) to install it for me. The store closed at 9pm and 20 minutes later he was at my house installing the battery. I sincerely appreciate George's efforts and customer-first attitude!

And I'm sure I'm joining the chorus of praise for the company who's embraced being the battery champs. A quick set-up and maybe a cautionary tale. My car had been starting slowly and I thought I would wait for my annual inspection to get the battery checked. But yesterday, I went to the grocery and as I went in the rear deck wouldn't open. Tried the remote, the switch on the deck and on the dash. Nothing. When I came out of the store, the remote wouldn't unlock the doors. I manually opened the door and in my Oh-S moment I prayed. Thankfully it started. I had to do something NOW. I drove immediately to AutoZone, went inside and Dominic left the counter immediately. He tested the battery: One cell was dead and the battery was draining fast. He and his coworkers worked together to find a high quality, warranted replacement. He and his coworkers also worked together to get the battery swapped out free of charge. Recycling of the old battery was free, too. In desperate, out relieved in 30-minutes. "Hallelujah AutoZone"

I'm a mechanic, and when I tell you this was the most incompetent shop I have ever seen. then After saying the diag would be free the had the audacity to say, the diag would 166.00.... to run codes they didn't even verify through driving the vehicle ( because the brake lights where out they said ).

I I was put off by the service department because they made it so for me to bring my Tundra in to have a technician evaluate a cracked windshield. The receptionist told me that I would have to leave my Tundra overnight to allow the technician to evaluate the windshield which would probably take less than 5 minutes. Not a good service experience. I talked to the folks at Cedar Park Toyota and they were much more helpful hands down.

Most dealers wouldn't bid sight unseen, they insisted on seeing it. About 4 dealers were willing to give me a price. Subaru of Georgetown's was the best (and slightly above Edmunds FMV). When I took my car in, the salesperson (Darren) took less than 20 minutes to check it out to make sure it matched the pics and description, and then paid the agreed-upon price, without trying to offer less. He also paid for an Uber to take me back home. If there's a way this could have gone better, I can't think of it.

I showed up with my 2 year old and was surprised to see that they have a pretty large playscape with a big slide and large toy car. My son had fun playing in it and it was nice that they had an area for kids to play in while you wait. After my son was done we sat in a large comfy waiting area that has move theater style seats and was playing Spider-Man as well as a faux fireplace and a coffee machine. Interestingly enough the changing table was in the men's restroom but I didn't mind! It only occupies one person per restroom so no biggie! I will come back again
