The food never disappoints. The Quiche Lorraine is consistently outstanding! Rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned, with a buttery, flaky crust that somehow manages to be both delicate and substantial. And then there are the macarons. Bakery Lorraine has one of the best selections around, with flavors that range from timeless classics to fun seasonal creations. Each one has that perfect crisp shell with a soft, chewy center, and every flavor tastes intentional rather than overly sweet.

The filling was more of a light cream, which I actually enjoyed more than a typical jammy filling. The Earl Grey flavor was my favorite! The only downside is that food items are a bit on the pricey side, and they're definitely best eaten fresh because the croissant can get hard. Still, a lovely spot to check out if you're in the area!

I do have to say for the size of the taco, I don't believe it's worth that much. Don't get me wrong it was very delicious and can appreciate how much of the mixture they tried to put in it, but the chocolate ended up being too much for me. Now to talk about the service, this is where things were a little awkward since the 2 employees were having a conversation the female was loudly talking about how she was pissed that things had to be done a certain way and complaining about doing stickers or something to the male, when I tell you I heard the entire conversation.... I heard the entire thing. Just my 2 cents, if you're going to complain about anyone that has to do with the business maybe be a little quieter with customers around or wait until they leave.

I don't know what wasn't right, but this was not what i expected. There were only a few nougats, sadly none of my favorites. I wanted a cold Americano, but was told it was only available hot. The menu identified what drinks were only available hot and the Americano was not among them. I asked what was available cold, and he said, "everything else." I'm hoping this place will return to awesome when the renovation is done.
