Croissant with avocado, egg, and cheese. Yum!

Yummy! I came here in a recommendation from the shop owner of Rollfast Ranchwear and I was not disappointed! This is the real deal, y'all! Strongly recommend stopping by!

I really wanted to love this place.. The cafe is really nice and feels cozy. It was a small cafe but the way they had decor and stuff on display gave it a home vibe. Me and my friend went on a Sunday around one so it wasn't really busy. They don't have much baked jtems but we opted for the macaroon box which had 6 different flavor of macaroons for $18. They were so good. I only tasted 3 but deff worth it for a try. The lemon flavor was my favorite. As soon as you get to the center of it you feel a burst of the sour tartyness. The raspberry was also good it had a mix of sweet and sour but it wasn't overpowering. The last one I tried was the Carmel. I had mixed feelings about it because I love that you can taste the deep Carmel flavors but oh my was it super sweet. I had to drink my water as I was eating it to help flush it down. I love sweets but that was to much. Now for the customer service part.. we weren't greeted and the cashier seemed to be either in a mood or a rush. But as I mentioned it wasn't busy. My friend tried pronouncing Cannelle and the lady came off so rude about it. My friend apologized for not knowing the pronunciation and then pointed at the pastry she wanted. The lady kept trying to correct her and just look so annoyed. Then she rang us up and proceeded to walk away before we even paid. She didn't say anything she just walked away.. So then we paid and left. The customer service alone is probably a reason I wouldn't go back. I was shocked..

Came here for their opera cake slice. I'm unsure if all bakery items are made in house or not. Service at the register is slow, but that's ok. I took mine to go and ate it later in the day. It was unfortunately dry and stale. White disappointing...

We stopped here for breakfast & it was delicious. My husband had the La Croque Madam & I had eggs with som baguette toast. The service was fast. The food was fresh & so good. The atmosphere is cozy & cute. This is "real deal" French food too. It was also an affordable treat.

We were staying at the Hyatt Hotel and decided to walk over to this place for breakfast. It was a good decision. They have plenty of baked goods and pastries, as well as some breakfast sandwich croissants. We both had the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. It was delicious, and accompanied by some greens. The place is very cute.

A true flaky yet moist Croissant and latte in a distinctive cup. Doesn't get any more French than this!

Hidden gem of a French bakery! I went with the plain croissant, which was light and flaky, yet moist--like the real thing. Latte was good--in a cool cup with a twisty handle--fun and oh so French.

Definitely a hidden gem downtown! A bit off the normal path, but worth the few extra steps lol We had a few pastries to include the chocolate almond croissant and chocolate croissant -- both flaky, buttery, and delicious! We both had a cappuccino and my only issue was that it was not super hot (I should've asked) since I know some restaurants don't make the coffee as hot as I like it. We grabbed a ham and butter croissant to go and that was also amazing. Will definitely be back!

I've tried this place a few times and have to say it can be hit or miss. The breads and pastry are great and I really enjoy them. The eggs, crepes, and other items can be good or lack luster based on the day I go/ time. The service is counter ordering and they are short with you. That's fine as long as you're expecting it. The space is small with a few tables but there is also an additional seating area in the adjacent space.

In the top 2 places we visited on our trip to the riverwalk! And I say top 2 because we can't decide between La Boulangerie or Four Brothers, where we are dinner. But pastry and coffee, this place hits it out of the park! Everything is made in house! It's a French bakery and when I say French, I mean it's really French. The owner works in house and moved here from Paris. She has all ingredients imported in from France. Freshest ingredients and real ingredients, down to the flour! It's not on the riverwalk so you have to walk a bit but it is soooooo very worth it. I bought 2 loaves of Sourdough and pastries to bring home and will def be making the trip back to visit!

My wife and I are in San Antonio to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. We wanted breakfast and walked about 15 minutes from our hotel to this breakfast spot. Not knowing how great it was going to be. This was the first breakfast we had on this trip and decided after we are we were not going to get breakfast anywhere else. This was going to be THE spot for us. We enjoyed everything and loved how quaint it was. They were also playing good music but not loud. Just the right volume. My wife loved her classic crepe and I had two sunny side up organic eggs on sourdough toast with an iced coffee and it was excellent. I then had to have a pastry so I got the peach pastry and we spit it. It was excellent and we finished it with a tiramisu! Loved the service and it felt very authentic!

The reviews are accurate! This gem is phenomenal! 10/10 for quality of food! The staff are friendly and take your order as soon as you are ready, there is plenty of seating inside, and it is clean. It's downtown, so parking is......not great....but just plan to get your morning walk in or Uber your over. The pastries are fresh, the bread is baked in house and I wish I could have tried more food than I did. I have already made plans to return with friends next weekend :) The pastry was perfectly sweet, not overloaded with sugar but not dry, like what you would find at Panera. The baguette was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The tomatoes and basil were freshly chopped and the portions in the sandwich were perfect. Do yourself a favor and check La Boulangerie out! You won't be disappointed :)

Overall: Such a fun spot for cheesecake! Definitely worth checking out if you're a cheesecake fan…read more Parking: There's a small parking lot right by the shop, but it can fill up pretty quickly. We were able to park, but I could see it being an issue during busy times. Seating/Ambiance: The indoor area is pretty small, with just a few tables. They also have some tables outside along the side, which is nice when the weather is good. It's more of a quick dessert stop than somewhere I'd plan to hang out for a long time. Cheesecake: You can get cheesecake by the slice or in individual jars, which I thought was a cute option. They have a good variety of flavors. We tried the Turtle cheesecake and it was delicious! Rich, creamy, and definitely hit the spot. Bonus: They have a loyalty/reward where after 10 jars, you get a free jar, which is a nice incentive if you live nearby or become a regular. One suggestion: My only complaint is that I wish they had a description of what's inside each cheesecake flavor. You have to ask about the ingredients/fillings for each one, which makes it a little harder to decide when there are so many options. Everyone's very nice. You select your cheesecake & then go to the end of the counter to pay. Overall: Cute little cheesecake shop with lots of fun flavors and the option to get individual jars. Parking and seating are limited, but the cheesecake is definitely worth a visit. Would come back to try more flavors!

I tried the limited edition raspberry black sesame (6$), cookies and cream (6$) and the space in picnic? (9$, the lemon meringue, blueberry one) My favorite was the lemon meringue (9/10), then raspberry black sesame (8.7/10), then cookies and cream (6/10). The meringue was such a nice texture and the berry brightness and lemon was wonderful. The raspberry was perfectly tart in contrast with the nuttiness of the black sesame. The cookies and cream were just average to me, nothing special. Service was decent and you get to keep the jars. They have one dollar off frappes M-Thrs happy hour (3-5 i think?) I would come back to try other flavors! Makes a great gift.
