Customer service doesn't get any better than what Brian did for me. I came in with my iMac to have a hard drive replaced after having it diagnosed at the Apple Store. Brian could have easily fixed the computer and charge me about $185, which is a great rate. Instead he informed me that my hard drive was a model that Apple had trouble with and that it might be replaced for free from Apple. Iphone battery problems were quickly addressed. Opted to replace there although I qualified for a free replacement from Apple. Apple service response period too long and too difficult to access. Advised to no longer update the phone 6s to prevent slow downs. Phone speed is back to normal. Looked over my mac air and found battery at 40%, replacing that as well. When the logic board failed on my Macbook Pro I needed to make sure that my hard drive was fully backed up. There is no one better than Brian at MACnician. He is one of the most helpful and resourceful people that I came across after my PowerMac hard drive crashed. I was referred to him from the Apple Store in Northbrook Court as someone who could help me restore my lost data. My drive was so bad, Brian then referred me to another company to have it re-built and re-image all of my lost files. I then took my data and new hard drive back to MACnician and had Brian and his team restore everything back to new. It is unbelievable to me how much we could have lost in photos and memories had they not helped out in such a big way. The guys replaced the hard drive on my MacBook Pro, the replacement failed after a couple of months and they replaced it without issue on the same day. When it came time update an older drive to a solid state drive with more memory and higher processing speeds they gave me a great price and again, all done with a very rapid turnaround time.
