Two shops said it would be impossible and that I had to open the motor and replace my crankshaft and the last place said they had about a 30% chance he could get it out. Finally I called Alex here at LaBaron's. He was confident he would get it out no problem and he said he could do it same day.( no bike shop will do anything for you same day) 10 minutes after arriving at the shop he was done and he charged me less than what he quoted over the phone. Garbage customer service and return policy is a joke. Ordered a Dynojet PC6 from them received it…read moreand opened it to verify the contents. I then got on my computer and downloaded the software and firmware and only then did I see there was no time for my bikes aftermarket parts. The module was never plugged in to anything not even the harness itself it remains brand new in box. Because I cut the little piece of tape they refused the return even after I sent them photos of zero wear on the product and packaging still in brand new condition as sent. I reached out to Dynojet themselves and made them aware of the situation and they offered to inspect and verify the unit was completely unused and brand new and offered to repackage it in original packaging with the little piece of tape uncut so that I could get it refunded. I showed the email to Sportbike track gear and apparently they don't even trust Dynojet because they still refused the refund. 10/10 don't recommend don't waste your money here go to CycleGear, Revzilla, or the company themselves like Dynojet. If I would have plugged in the unit at all in any way I completely would understand or if I damaged the original packaging but come on let's get real. Pathetic.
