    Stopped by to pick up from online ordered. 1st time here so it was easy parking finding from their big parking lot. Festive holiday decorations and plenty of sales. Nice and friendly service form staffs. Great value for majority of stuffs and items selection of choices. Clean, spacious, and bridge store with several levels of shop.

    Same purses. Different colors. Should've been same prices, but...

    I had ZERO intentions coming through. I was even in a state of wonderment that there's a Macy's here considering a lot of them have shut down. I came through this mall with my Mom for a whole different purpose. We parted for a few minutes to do my thing while she stayed around the general Macy's area to browse. On my way to meet her back, she mentioned Macy's is having a huge sale on purses. "In case you were interested to buy as presents or to giveaway." My curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to take a look. And boy, was she on point. Even the designer ones were priced well - almost down to outlet prices. But I wasn't there for those, but rather something reasonably priced to give away. So, I looked through their sale areas and found 5 at $25 and under. 4 of them were the same purse in different colors. One of them $5 less than the rest. SUPER SCORE! Mom picked out what she wanted (6 purses on my hand at this point) and so we headed to the cashier. I was helped by Candy. I noticed that when she rang my stuff up, the 4 similar purses' prices were coming out wrong - they were going for twice the sale price. I inquired about it, and she spoke to her supervisor, Olga for verification. Olga, being as cool as she was, said, "Meh, price them all with the lowest tagged price." What?!? How generous is that!!! I walked outta there feeling like a bandit! But alas, my mistake was not checking the receipt before walking out. Candy didn't give me the same price for all purses. Don't get me wrong, it was still a good buy, just without the additional discount. (And that could have been the 4th star.) But I got a bargain, regardless. I'm most likely gonna make a stop at the next Macy's I come by...

    I'm leaving this store a sad 1 star for many reasons. First the store is not too big so selections are varied. Second they are very understaffed! I couldn't find anyone to help me. I walked around looking very for a dress and sadly I couldn't find anything I liked. The mess at this store is way out of control! Every department had clothes on the floor, clothes cluttered everywhere!!! Racks of go backs were lined up that no one has put back! Every department needs to be organized. I personally felt very overwhelmed and had anxiety looking at all of it! I also went to the shoe department and asked a young girl for a show. She rolled her eyes and walked away. I understand she's probably overwhelmed as well however that's unacceptable! I went to another Macys and it was so much cleaner and great service. Management needs to step up and get it together! Hire more people and get this place running how it should be!

    ZERRROOOOO STARS!!!!!!! I've been treated horribly multiple…read moretimes by the same employee. He's an African American man and I believe he's the "manager". I've shopped here many, many times and every time it's the same thing. The first couple of times I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe thought to myself that he might have been having a bad day. But NO he's already rude is hesitant to help me even when I've asked him for assistance. Now I'm a Mexican woman and I am also a lesbian. So I'm assuming he has a problem with either the LGBT community or with Mexican. I say this because the multiple times he's been rude and unwilling to help me I then see him a few minutes later with other African American customers and he's treating them COMPLETELY differently than how he treats me. With his own people, he's super friendly talkative and helpful. And I've noticed this again several times it hasn't been once or twice. It's been over 10 times that I've seen this. This last time I went in, I took my dad in since it was his birthday and he needed a new suit for church. I went into the store and again saw the same gentleman at the counter, helping another customer. As I pass by, I kindly asked him if once he's done with that customer if he can help us with suits for my dad. To which he responded I'll see what I can do. Right then, in there it kind of made me feel as if he obviously did not want to help us. He then came after a few minutes and ask me what I needed help with and I explained to him that I wanted a soup for my dad, and I asked them about a pair of pants which he was reluctant to even look for them and told me no we don't have them in stock and just walked away. So I just continue looking through everything to try to find my dad the perfect suit. I ended up buying two suits for my dad which came out to almost $600. But I was very upset. I felt humiliated and belittled by this employee which again I believe he's a manager. I reached out to someone above him and she took my car I believe her name was Sarah. She reached out to me and heard me out and seemed to be very upset by how that employee treated us, and stated she would see how she can make it up to me. After about two weeks, she never got back to me so I reached back out and asked her if she had forgotten about me. She said no and she said let me see what I can do. I need to speak to my superiors and maybe the next day she called me again and said they're willing to give me a $50 gift card for all the inconveniences and how I was treated by this employee. Now remind you, I spent $600 in that store on that one visit and I spent a lot more money in all my previous visits that I've done. Now if anyone has ever shopped at DXL you'll know that you basically can't buy anything with $50. I just felt that a $50 gift card was basically a slap in the face and to top it off she told me to go and pick it up in the store with that guy there. Which I thought was a terrible choice to have me go see that man again. I'm very disappointed, and how even the higher of managers have handled this situation. They have really lost a loyal (despite the horrible customer service) customer.

The manager ignored me. I addressed her kindly just asking about options. She wouldn't even look up at me. Her tune was overly rude and condescending. She continued to mistreat and talk down to me. I didn't understand why she was treating me so horribly. I was hoping to stay and shop but I haven't been belittled like that when simply asking about a return so I immediately wanted to leave. I hope she doesn't treat the employees that way.

I had no idea until I got home they actually charged $10 more and didn't price match to the website when I specifically told the store clerk the pants I found online and (and she scanned the item from my phone!) I had mentioned I wanted them but decided if I was going to do in-store pickup, might as well wait and see if I actually wanted them. She could've stated they'd be more. Then I called customer service and was told that was the policy.Extremely annoying.
