I want to give a shout out to the shop co-owner Ali for her hospitality. I saw these cute stickers with your birthday sign and thought of my daughter who knows everything about the meaning of your birthday sign. I couldn't remember my daughter's birthday sign and Ali was so kind to look it up for me. Ali also showed me a very cute luggage trinket she had not yet placed out. I bought both as stocking stuffers for my daughter. The shop is adorable and has a great selection of vintage clothing and vintage records. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge what we had been told, but one staff member wouldn't even open the door to speak with us. She simply pointed to the back of the line, rolled her eyes, and dismissed us completely. When she finally cracked the door open, she accused us of being "audacious" for even asking--and then shut the door in our faces. It was shockingly rude, completely unprofessional, and shows a total lack of communication between staff. We were treated with zero courtesy, despite following their instructions exactly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects terribly on the business. They need better training for their staff. I'll gladly take my business next door--there's no shortage of luxury brands that actually know how to treat their customers with respect.

I had to request assistance elsewhere, which meant waiting in check out line until I got to the front to then ask for someone to unlock a bathroom for me and give me a band aid for my bleeding foot. Amelia at the register & another gentleman gave us exceptionally good service. This place is huge, it's got wall to wall jeans, & t-shirts & nice dress shirts too. I explained that if customers are being enrolled in marketing, that should be stated clearly instead of rushing people through prompts. Retail workers often have quotas for this stuff, and from experience, these tactics especially work especially well on customers who don't speak English well. I used to work at a store in the outlets and was encouraged to push credit cards on folks without them even realizing what they were applying for. Thankfully this was only a marketing list, but it still felt misleading and shady. I canceled my order and left. I won't be coming back.
