However, with everything being pricey, the work that goes into making these, and the quality of ingredients used, I think it is overall appropriately priced - the whole 4.5" cheesecakes are on the higher side, but the slices, which come from a what I believe is a 8" or 9" cheesecake, are reasonable (original was $7.50, matcha was $8.50). Both the matcha tirmaisu and the original from age slice were tasty and light. If I had to choose, I would get the original slice again. It was beautifully balanced, and once all defrosted, tasted like a cross between mousse, cheesecake, and the inside of cream puff, all sitting on top of a delicate cake crust. One last thing, just wanted to give a shout out to the male employee who helped us tonight! It was appropriately not too sweet, and I appreciate that the drink uses lactose-free creamer by default. However, I probably should've gotten no ice, as it was quite watery and half the cup was ice still. The tea has slightly grassy notes which I personally don't prefer. I do think that 50% sweet would provide a better balance of flavors. For me the biggest downside was the price: $8 is way too much for a standard milk tea with no toppings. Other drinks: 1/1.
