This place has the most delicious cakes I ever tried my whole life. I highly recommend visiting and trying. It's a cake quality to choose for wedding events or parties.

Ok coffee but it is not pleasant to sit there and enjoy it. With so many options in the mall this is not the best. Also because customer service is not very engaged. The pastries are not worth the price, too much hype that I think will fade if they don't charge less for airy stuff that does not taste like freshly made.

My favorite dessert in San Diego. Cakes are all good the best here. Coffee are good. Sweetie are good. The best overall.

Driest purple yam crepe cake. Little flavor, just purple failure.

Grossly overrated. Ordered three single crepe cake slices: matcha, tiramisu, and purple yam. I tried the purple yam first and the first thing I noticed was how dry the crepes were. It's actually impressive given they were smushed between layers and layers of cream. I don't know how long they're letting these sit in the case or freezer, or the crepes on the griddle, because this was a weird rigid contrast to the cream. Flavor was very delicate to put it politely, not worth the $12.50 at all. Tiramisu was better flavor-wise, pretty much the standard profile you'd expect. But again, dry crepes! The crepe texture is a huge part of the experience and really ruins the whole thing. Green tea was the best out of the three because the crepes were soft the way they should be. So with the cream, you get a pleasant, ever so slightly chewy texture. Would I get it again? Only if I knew for a fact the crepes weren't dry, and for a 2/3 bad hit rate, I will never step foot inside a Lady M's again. So much for my little treat. TLDR: crepes are like those terrible grocery store La Boulangere chocolate filled crepes... iykyk.. so dry. Dump a bunch of whipped cream on top and you have yourself Lady M's crepes. Update: this definitely gave me a stomachache. The first day I chalked it up to me eating a bit more than usual in general, but today it's confirming for me it's these crepes. I only had about half of one this time. Instant stomachache.

Great service! The lady there was very helpful in picking out flavors. I tried ordering on third party platforms but couldn't order the Dubai chocolate, looks like they have not updated their selection with outside services. So i decided to order in store and the Dubai Chocolate is 100% worth it. I highly recommend it and if you must choose a 2nd flavor? Choose pistachio! And if you are not a fan of nuts then I would recommend chocolate! Cant go wrong with Lady M's top choices

SLICE OF MALL CAKE (3.3 stars) - CAKE: good - PRICE: expensive - SERVICE: excellent - AMBIANCE: small Stumbled on this high-end cake shop at UTC mall and wasn't too ecstatic about the place. They had many flavors to choose from, fruity to chocolatey behind the glass case. I thought the presentation of the cakes would be showcased better than a slices with cellphone wrap around it. I removed my wrapping to make it more yelp pretty than it was. DUBAI CHOCOLATE MILLE CREPE ($15) - layers of hand crafted crepes with chocolate and pistachio pastry creams and a knafeh-inspired topping of kataifi, pistachio, and tahini. This confirmed it for me, after many tries of different variations of Dubai chocolate creations from different places that's been trending - the flavor is OVERRATED. Don't get me wrong, I love anything "Mille crepe" and perhaps I should have picked the suggested flavor (limited time only, pandan). At the time there was only one slice left so I got it but at the same time they pulled out a full cake (premade) and was slicing it up. My cake was placed on a paper plate and the $15 spent looked like a $5 slice. OVERRATED. Get off the hype of Dubai chocolate. Pick a different flavor! I will next time. The chocolate mousse was nothing special - tasted average but was velvety. The Pistachio top with knafeh was a weird texture. Stiff top but breakable with the fork. The pistachio coating was pistachio cream but imagine it being a hard texture. Knefah tasted stale - it supposed to be the crunch but damped by the pistachio crème and being refrigerated made it stale tasting. The knefeh part by itself didn't taste great - reminds me of wheaties the cereal flavor but worst. The crepe layers underneath this weirdness were nicely layered on top of each other and consumable - that was the best part and could def do without all that overrated Dubai stuff. Nothing was justifiable for a $15 sliced cake of this size and this flavor. Until the next review...

Came here craving bf a slice of their cake. Service was quick and friendly. There are a couple of tables inside for you to eat at. Their thousand layer cake, while a bit pricey, is really good.

My friend and I love coming here to try out their new flavors! Service is always great and the cakes are delicious. Although they are on the pricier side they are for good reason. There are little seats inside and outside the store which is great. Our favorite so far is the Earl Grey Tea Cake, it is delicious with a nice Earl Grey flavor that is not too strong!

Had to stop by for their newly released Dubai Chocolate Crepe Cake. The top part is exactly like Dubai Chocolate - that paired with Lady M signature crepe cake was the best bite ever. This cost more than the other flavors at $15 a slice. Definitely a treat yourself moment! So glad there's a Lady M here at San Diego and not have to make the drive to Irvine.

If you haven't been to Lady M before, go now! All their Crepe cakes are delicious, whether your craving something chocolatey or fruity, they have what you want. The crepes cakes are thin layers stacked on one another. Very moist and fluffy cakes. They have many flavors and I like them all. The Cake boutique is somewhat small with a few tables. Very clean inside and staff is great! Happy Nom Nom!

Wanted something sweet. Got the Dubai and earl grey cake. It was okay. My cousin ordered a whole Dubai cake for a birthday and I think they had it in the freezer and thawed it a bit before eating so I think that tasted better in my opinion than how it was in store. Also if u want a whole cake I think they have to order it because they don't hold it in the store. Few seating inside.

Lady M is well known for their cakes but I'm here today to shoutout their new drinks and the service. Even in a mall full of restaurants and cafes, Lady M stands out with their drink quality. The espresso matcha latte is forever one of my favorite go-to from here. Their drinks are simply made to complement the cakes, and they do so very well. Service is always fantastic here, the staff are so patient and knowledgeable about the items they serve and they put care and effort into making their items consistent. The shop is small but it's clean, refreshing, and always a wonderful place to stop by, even sit and enjoy the cakes - especially on sunny days where the lighting fills the room. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop by at UTC. Overall rating: Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Menu: 10/10 Restaurant Vibes: 10/10 Price to Overall Dining (POD): 10/10
