    Pad Thai
    Michael S.

Better Pad Thai than Thai Me Up. The portions on all their dishes are good for the price. Quality and taste itself is good too but not go out of your way good if you don't live in South Side. Their pork boa buns are too much dough and maybe a table spoon of filling, Takoyaki not much flavor going on It depends what they're feeling for their 1-5 spice level because sometimes a 2 has been spicier than a 4 for me Inside is a tad nicer sit down vibe. Very Asian Americanized vibe going on Waiters were always nice and when we would go slam sake their they always had a blast

    Hibachi Fried Rice

I got Mad Noodles for takeout recently after wanting to try their food for quite a while. I ordered the vegetarian steamed dumplings and hibachi fried rice w/tofu. I had a bit of a hard time ordering non-meat options from the online menu since a lot of the items didn't have descriptions, but it ended up working out fine. Both the dumplings and rice with tofu were big portions and tasted great. The dumplings came with a special sauce, but I ended up eating them with soy sauce instead. The rice and tofu had a nice, unique flavor unlike other fried rice and tofu I've had. Would definitely eat here again!

I think the rating is too low for this place! I actually quite enjoyed some of the food I had from here. The menu is super broad and has a ton of variety. I tried the pork buns and pad Thai. Seeing the name, you may think their specialty is noodles. I don't think so! They should really be renamed to Mad Bao or something because their pro buns and dumplings are what actually stood out. The bun was so fluffy and had the perfect amount of casing to meat. The meat was well cooked, tender, seasoned well, and just all around delicious. Perfect crisp on the outside. And, a pretty nice savory sauce too, but that wasn't anything crazy. I would really recommend trying one of their dumplings. The pad Thai was not as good. It was a big portion, yes, but quality wasn't the best, and it was a tad expensive. It had a strange sugary sauce, almost like sweet n sour noodles. I just wasn't the biggest fan of this pad Thai. All in all, I quite enjoyed this spot. If you come here, you definitely need to try the buns or dumplings!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered chicken in my Pad Thai. Literally 3 tiny pieces in the whole thing. What a waste!

Ordered from Uber Delivery: Mr Wangs fried dumplings Pork and cabbage dumplings Beef lo mein BOGO California roll Food was very tasty. You can see in the pictures the dumplings are hand folded Noodles in lo mein and dumplings dough was the perfect chewy texture you want your noodles to taste from Chinese food I would definitely recommend these guys!

    What the pho!

If you wanna be mad come here. Worst customer service, worst pho. I was here for ten minutes 8 mins waiting for my food, 2 minutes telling the customer service if they can add meat in my pho cause it literally taste nothing. The waiter was rude just, grabbed my spoon without consent to show me the tripes in the bowl. I know what tripes looks like Im just asking if they can add more meat, he didnt have to touch my food. That is just plain rude. I still paid 16 bucks for this pho that I didnt even eat. Do your self a favor. Do not come here

    Veggie dumplings

Love this place! I have ordered from here on two occasions now and both times the food was incredible. The veggie dumpling appetizer was so good. Sometimes dumplings can be too doughy, but theirs are just right. My main dish I order is the general tsos tofu. I order it extra crispy. A lot of places struggle with my tofu, but they know how to do it here. It is just as crispy as a piece of fried chicken and really holds the sauce. The sauce is a perfect combo of sweet and spicy!

    Japceau noodles with beef

We came here on recommendation of one in our party who'd been here multiple times. Good choice. Service might be average but the food was great. Portions big with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Salmon poke bowl, vegetarian poke bowl, Korean japcheau noodles, pork bu, and crab rangoons were all splendid. We were stuffed and our tastebuds tickling!

    General tsos shrimp

The food was reasonably priced and gave you a good sized portion. The food was also very fresh and clean. We got: Singapore noodles, salmon and tuna sushi, general tsos shrimp, and broccoli and shrimp. The only thing is that the food was kind of bland (something we all thought). It basically just need a tiny bit of salt or seasoning. The broccoli was made very nicely though. Just a heads up the entrance to their place is a little be slippery so be careful!

I love this place. All of the different dumplings are great, and I like their crab rangoons. Trying noodles this time.

It's Singapore noodles. Vegetables were hardly cooked, the onions were raw. Probably will not order again. Needs salt

The seafood is fresh, and the menu features several creative options. We tried a variety of items (Nigiri, Temaki, Takoyaki, and the daily specials) and honestly loved everything! As sushi lovers, we shared several small plates and really appreciated the quality. The fish-to-rice ratio was spot on. I loved the vibe: very hipster, complete with a DJ. Next time, we'd love to sit at the counter facing the kitchen for that authentic Japanese experience. Our server was so sweet and gave us some great recommendations. Even though it was busy, the timing of the courses was perfect. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend a reservation as they do not take many walk ins, especially for big parties and definitely take advantage of their happy hour menu (5-6pm). Their HH menu allows you to try some of their most popular bites for a fraction of the cost! Items that we ALWAYS order are the karaage, stir fried udon wit shrimp tempura, at least 3 skewers, the lychee martinis, Takoyaki, and some variation of toro. We try to mix in others every time and have never had a bad bite! Servers are always so kind to us and can't wait until my next visit! Hopefully it's soon!

Decent selection and a good late night spot if you're looking to get a drink or something…read more I don't have anything overly negative to say and it's a solid choice, but it didn't blow me away and the food itself was very Westernized. Compared to other Japanese places in the city, this is definitely one of the more American-forward, I think. I had the 唐揚げ (karaage) and the すき焼き丼 (sukiyaki don), and both felt like something you would find at any seafood place. Not bad by any means! Just very Westernized. The すき焼き丼 especially, very minimal compared to everything else, especially for the price. Thats another thing to mention--the prices are quite high, so just keep this in mind!

That translated into a very restrictive perimeter around my hotel from which I chose this fusion spot for dinner. The menu was quite a hodgepodge of familiar Asian plates. I have to admit though when I saw ramen and stir-fries on the same menu, I was wondering how well they do it all. I tried two items starting with the $13 Chicken Lettuce Wraps. The chicken was stir-fried with carrot, mushroom, and scallion in an excess of brown sauce. They provided enough iceberg lettuce to handle it, but the sauciness really let me down (Photo 9). The second dish, the Sichuan String Beans with Shrimp, was better but still overshadowed by whatever sauté seasoning they used quite liberally (Photo 10). Fortunately the side of white rice helped offset the uneven flavor (Photo 8). It was all middling at best.
