Making reservations was easy the folks were nice and the per night price is fair. The bad news is concerning because there is nothing worse than a company advertising a great place with all the amenities but they don't exist. The internet well there is no internet. That's right there is no cable and no internet. Oh wait they say they have the best internet ever. So we try to get internet and there is none. Call the office no answer. Read the full page of rules and regulations and guess what. Wi-fi : " We offer WiFi service , but do not guarantee its availability or security at any time". Ok guess what I'll guarantee I won't come back. Asta la vista!

The sites were large with lots of grass!! Plenty of garbage cans around the campground. We will stay here again.

This site was a good fit. We had to park the Jeep away from our site because there wasn't any room for it. The park and people working here were good. The grounds around the RV park were in poor condition. The grass between the sites were very long. No edging either. The WiFi was good and the place was clean otherwise. The big problem was the street access coming into and exiting the RV Park was terrible! Pit holes so large you would of thought land mines had gone off. This is unacceptable!!! Going in and out each day was a major chore. Kind wouldn't stay here again unless the road is fixed. Oh heck no!!!!!

Their website said they had clean showers & laundry facilities, but they were locked, and there was no way to access them. It was like the place was abandoned. Definitely poorly managed and misrepresented on their website. Way overpriced for what they offered. Could have gotten the same at a Walmart parking lot !

Eventually they were all gone in the main bathroom and we had to resort to the other one. BRING WD-40!!! The doors are SO creaky in the cabins that when someone leaves the cabin EVERYONE IS AWOKEN. No fridge anywhere, no microwave in cabin but theres one in the office, along with coffee, tea, and hot coco, but you can only get it when the office is open, which is basically never. The hot tub was quite frighteningly colored, buttttt i got in anyway and havent died or broken out yet. So i guess the human soup is safe ish The washing machine situation was nice though, if you download the app you get a free wash or dry, and if you download it on a different phone you get another free one... just saying. The pillows are so small that at one point i thought i had lost the pillow off the bed but then i looked and it was there. It was basically a sheet of paper with a pillowcase. Pictures were inaccurate on airbnb, which wasnt my fave but oh well. Good for camping but not accurately listed sooo do with that what you will. It was fun but go into it as YOU ARE CAMPING. Not an airbnb.

Yesterday, I saw campers playing chess with the life-size chess game, there's a playground - the pool and hot tub are closed right now pending inspection from the city, so that can't be helped. The woman who works in the office is so friendly and helpful - unlike the first four RV parks I checked out. I just double-checked to make sure I am reviewing the right place. The grounds are beautiful - the cabins are adorable - the campsites are clean and inviting - I walked the whole property yesterday and didn't see any old, run-down residential RVs. There are lots of people staying here, many young families with small children, and everybody seems to be friendly and happy. The only legitimate "complaint" is that the Wifi doesn't always work, but the management is working on making the Wifi more reliable. In short, I am so glad to be here and feel extremely lucky that I found this campground when I needed to move my RV.

My destination was the Tall Tree, and I passed miles of banana slugs, moss, lichen, spring wildflowers, and the refreshing surge of Bull Creek with its turquoise hues. The park was far from crowded, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Park Staff tending the maintenance needs (weed abatement). I felt safe & incredibly relaxed on the trail. There are over 100 miles of trail in this park and plenty of river access, providing something for everyone. The many old growth redwood groves are interesting and beautiful to saunter through. Way finding is easy and park maps and internet resources make for a wonderful road trip. Visitor centers are well stocked, have clean bathrooms with ample parking. Volunteer staff are well informed and helpful. Trails are well marked and very clean. Surprising lack of random trash so volunteers and visitors do a great job. We have learned over the past few years to avoid the crowds and cost of visiting National Parks in California when we are truly blessed with such exceptional California park options. This park is amazing and fascinating with manageable visitor sizes. Take the time to experience the area small towns too!
