OMG!!! Where to begin......................... These guys…read moreare terrible!! The most un proffesional company I could have ever chose to replace our roof. First it took them almost a month after they said they would start the job to finally start the job,but of course they cashed the check before they began. When they arrived it was about 6 or 7 hispanic men who did not speak any english (not the man who came out to do the initial estimate, he was never seen after he got the check). My husband told the men to not take the gutters we wanted to save them because they could've been used again, which they did but they stole them i assume to use for another job or scrap for alluminum. They took over 4 weeks to complete the job which caused our house to get rained in we had to replace walls because of water damage due to their neglegance. This was the last straw, I came home from work early one day while they were supposed to be working and found one of the men here with his wife and children in my back yard with my garage open " hanging out" , the kids were driving my sons battery operated little F250 around the yard and drive way. I asked what they were doing and he started asking me for a check when the job was already paid for in full. They left nails all over my driveway, a mess all over my yard, I could not believe this happen PLEASE do not use these guys you will regret it. I still do. They did this job almost 2 years ago and now we have a hole in the soffit where animals are getting into our attic there is currently a family of squirrels with us for the winter. They came out on Thursday (4-4-19) morning to measure and find out exactly what I need. The guy said he'd have an estimate the next day or Monday (4-8-19) at the latest. On Wednesday (4-10-19), I called to find out where the estimate is. They called me back the next day (4-11-19) and said the estimate will be here on Friday (4-12-19 a week later than promised). Today (4-12-19), they called me again to say I'll have the estimate next week sometime. They've promised when I'll have the estimate three times. They can't even get me an estimate on time. This is not a little job. The other estimates I've gotten are $7,000-$8500. Nope, I don't need this BS. I told them to forget it. All Chris Doppler said was "OK".
