All future prospective customers have to do is look at 99% of all of their other reviews to see how awful they are. Also, I never got a full refund for the cost of my belongings, I received a portion of what my belongings were valued at. Bottom line: If you value your clothes, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Buyer beware, this place is unethical and will continue to bother you for months. To make certain they stop, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and report them. That should finally and hopefully put this issue to rest. Also, I use RINSE now and they are prompt, arrive when promised and have not lost a single item once and offer free bags if you don't reach their weight level.
