I've heard the west village location has other flavors and offer different topping options so it might have been the better spot to try for the first time. The internet brought me to this shop on a Tuesday off, to avoid any lines. There wasn't a line but unfortunately the Kanafe Frozen Yogurt option wasn't available until a new delivery of ingredients on Friday (not sure if this is the general offering during the weekday, since I'm assuming they sell out of everything by Sunday afternoon). Would recommend calling or sending them a DM. The prices are now are $14.99 for that, $9.99 for a plain frozen yogurt, other add-on pricing for fruit toppings, Ferrero Rocher sundae. I bought about 10 small pieces of gummy candies, I think a lot of them are Swedish. Bubby's, a strawberry and cream, one which was nice, a peach slice, an extra sour raspberry piece, a fried egg! It's nice that you can mix & match but for the tiny amount, I paid $4 by weight. Some of the candies were a little bit hard & stuck together in the containers. Maybe the containers aren't very airtight. The shop is a nice idea, a lot of kids were getting out of school from up the Avenue at the time. But it feels half finished - the shelves are slightly stocked with pantry items and international ingredients, feels like a bit of filler items. Or maybe they sold things from the weekend? The shelves are handbuilt & painted. The frozen yogurt machines are 2 little machines up at the front of the store. It feels like a space that the owners experiment with different things for sale. The cost of rent in that area must be really hard, so understand the high price points.
