I can have a pillow under my knees so my I am comfortable and a mask to cover my eyes and headphones too and even a panic button that I never need. The best thing here, though, is the techs. I've had 3 MRI's over time and all have been so great. They don't just put you in there and leave you. You will be kept in touch (the next scan will take 2 1/2 minutes, etc). I don't know what I would do if this place did not exist.

Because he is…read moregifted professional and because he listens to what his patients have to say he was able to diagnose a tumor in my spinal canal at the base of my skull that was gradually cutting off my spinal cord. He found what other doctors missed and sent me for an MRI when others couldn't be bothered. Dr. Galante sent me to the best surgeon for the job, Dr. Isaac Goodrich. As a team they saved me. I can run, ride a bike, shovel snow and live a normal life 14 years later. Without them I would have been a quadriplegic 13 years ago. His staff has come through for me in other emergencies too such as a burst appendix, but it's not just the emergencies in which Dr. Galante excels. He has common sense solutions to health that involve diet and exercise without relying on pharmaceuticals to cure every problem - a trait I think will lead to a healthier and longer life. He is a beautiful human being as well as a talented doctor that cares about his patients. His practice reflects his professionalism and make you feel welcome as well.

The procedures themselves were relatively simple and painless, just slight temporary discomfort. Throughout all of my appointments and follow up check ups the nurses, PAs, assistants all said everything looked great. I was somewhat happy with the results. Some of the discoloration did not go away as they indicated but they said I could receive more injections of some sort. Then I went in for the three month follow up appointment. A new PA examined my legs and told me that both veins opened up and the entire process needed to be done again. Skeptically I asked why is this being stated today when a month ago everything looked great. "Sometimes this happens". This was never explained to me previously. At that moment I lost all trust and confidence in this practice. A year later the pain in one of my legs is worse than it ever was before the procedures. In hindsight I never should have minimally considered other medical groups. If I decide to seek further treatment I will do so at another facility.
